As you have never written anything that could possibly be called positive, your assertion that you are merely an interested bystander leaves more questions than it answers, to be frank, though the negative in your reply does confirm my suspicions about you. To be honest, you fail on so many counts. I doubt there is a message board on here that has someone posting negative after negative, while at the same time trying to prove their validity with vulgar and unbelievable pretences of wealth. You are trying too hard to be believable. The question was a bit of clickbait, if I'm honest. I don't take you seriously, and respond with the surprise assertion that you have been involved in several RTO It's yet another fantasy, isn't it?

Come on, Sarky, or is it codders? Elucidate. Give us your educated and rational explanation as to why this share will bomb, without your personal vendetta getting in the way of things. A balanced view please, not that it makes much difference.

When I saw the red dot flashing I thought I'd go and buy a bag of frozen peas to celebrate, such was my excitement. Now I've read it, I don't think I'll bother. I'll look for some road kill instead. I'm past caring, to be honest, as it intrigues me just how low this can get.

We've probably all worked with people who are masters at saying the right thing at the right time, yet are actually useless at their jobs. I can think of a few I worked with like that. I don't suppose any of us know him. Perhaps if we met him, we would find him charming, full of optimism and gushing with enthusiasm about the future. Who knows? The world is full of people like that. It can be odd at times. I'm invested in a company with a CEO who has a track record of failure after failure. So much so that his record prevented me from investing more than a modest amount. Maybe shareholders in his past ventures have lost as badly as this one, but he is now in charge of a company that will probably be worth billions in the future if the expected news continues to flow. Maybe they lean from their past mistakes, and vow not to make them again, which doesn't help us one jot with this load of rubbish, but if you throw enough acorns on the ground, one of them, eventually, will grow into a tree. The gift of the gab, an engaging personality, and an inner confidence to succeed can make those people seem very credible, even if their direction is misguided. All of us long term holders will never see anything but a significant loss here, but the daftest thing for me is recalling, probably two years ago, an investment guru predicting ORE to be one of the best shares to invest in. I kid you not. Maybe he had just had lunch with captain Slowey.

I've written my losses off with this share, mentally anyway. I'll never recover my investment. There are just too many shares available for what we have as potential discoveries, or so it would seem. With that in mind, I'm just going to sit here and see what happens in the future. I'm not going to sell as it's now a case of seeing how the ineptitude of the directors continues over the coming years. Past performance does not bode well, but with only 4% left to lose, I may as well see it dilute even further. I fully expect a 100% loss given the way it has been managed over the years, but you never know. With some excellent news, my losses may reduce by 20%, lol! I'm just intrigued now to see how this company perform over the coming years, whatever the outcome. You live and learn.

It's not all bad news. Just think of the tax relief on our losses. When to sell, that is the question, lol. I agree though, with every word of your post.

It's difficult to be positive, isn't it? Yet another dilution is on the cards. The sad thing is, we could have a couple of decent mines here, but the billions of shares that are available just waters everything down to a 'doesn't make much difference' scenario. I haven't done the maths, but what sort of news do we need to get the price up to, let's say, a very optimistic 0.5p? Two tier 1 discoveries being proved up? Whatever, it is all too little too late, and the BOD should be ashamed of themselves, This company has been chronically mismanaged over the years, and I suspect nothing will change in the future.

Of course there is. We've had an RNS stating our asset is transferring to another company, albeit with some income when, or if, it enters production. I don't believe that RNS would have been released unless the BOD were extremely confident something better was all but agreed. I can't think why the new directors would get involved and just dispose of an asset with no value and have nothing to capitalise on. It doesn't make sense to me if that's the case. It's just my opinion, but whatever we find ourselves with, I'm sure, or should that be hopeful, we will move and progress with more purpose than we have seen for years now. This share will soon be suspended.

We'll be a shell, but not for long. The BOD have been evaluating the options for 10 months, and positive news that will enhance our value is imminent. I shouldn't worry about it. I'm not myself. Nothing has happened with SMA for over 3 years now, so I'm looking forward to what the future holds. It surely has to be better than the stagnation we have had. As for Trump.........the old fart!

If you ever thought that you were deluding yourselves. No one and nothing has ever suggested that, apart from some peeps on here. This was looked at while ago by a couple of majors, and it was reported as a tier 2 mine. Gold fever, and fools rush in. There is a new BOD in place, and they think they can do better elsewhere. There will be a 10% income from this tier 2 mine if it ever goes into production, which is better than nothing from nowt, which is what SMA had become. That's a positive step, as it says in the statement, and there will be more good news to follow, sooner rather than later I would expect. You may not realise it yet, but when the RTO is announced, it will probably be more positive than anything that has been announced in years from this lame duck. It's just my opinion, but the new BOD don't mess about and make millions from their decisions, so have some faith.

I was reading this forum a few days ago, and wondered where they had gone. Well, I said they, but they are one and the same. I'd forgotten their names, to be honest, but Sarky and Codders, here they are again. Anyway, he/they are back, and no doubt they will soon be having unconvincing conversations between, erm, themselves, lol, about very convivial lunches in the south of France and generally congratulating themselves on their very comfortable lives before driving home in their Aston Martins! Come on Codders, where are you? Sarky knows, but he can't remember the password at the moment, but give it a few days, and he'll be back.

Well, it's progress I suppose, but like other long term holders on here have stated, where is the money to prove anything up coming from? Yeah, another dilution perhaps, but I voted no to their proposals. I'm being spiteful, and possibly cutting my nose off to spite my face, but I've lost so much here over the years I don't care any more. I would rather see this ship sink than grant the clowns that run it another year of very pleasant income, but, hey ho, strange things can happen, and maybe this is the start of a 95% increase.............LOL. 96% and I'll have a few pence in my pocket!

Gold fever took over here a couple of years ago. There were people investing thinking they would be able to buy houses with the money they would make, and it was the same again this time round. Anyway, you live and learn, and AIM is a madhouse, a shorters paradise. I've learned my lesson, to keep away from this place, and I will never invest in here again. Portugal, you say. I've never been there. I'm sure it's very pleasant.
