You read the scoping reports, look at the finances, try and understand the motivations of the directors, study the first results from the drilling, and in this case it all adds up the way you want it to.

Just a thought. Every share I have owned has had miserable 'you're all doomed' posters. Are they being paid? Maybe they are, as they always turn up in packs with the same syntax and grammatical errors. It's like they are having conversations with themselves. I can't think of any other explanation. It's not much of a life if they are. It's a living I suppose, but is it rewarding for them? I don't suppose we'll ever know.

Yeah, we can dream. I've no idea where it will end up, but if all goes well, and the reported grades are in the middle of expectations, which I don't think is unreasonable, then I think we'll all be happy. It could bomb of course, that goes without saying on AIM, but I don't think it will. Maybe. Perhaps. I hope not! We'll just have to wait and see.

There was some reasoned discussion on here last year, and taking everything into account, the general consensus was between £1 and £1.60. That assumes lots of things, of course. Do your own research. IE; Don't take my word for it.

Is that so? Someone on here owns over 10% of the company. Is tha not big enough for you?

It may be seen as ramping, but when you consider, and understand, the potential of this company, and what may well be discovered, it is nothing more than a common sense approach with understandable excitement. I couldn't care less if it dropped to 1.4p today. It will be many times that this time next year.

I don't know about share certificates as I have never seen or owned one. I deal through Halifax on line, and I held shares in a company that was subject to a reverse takeover some 12 months or so ago, and everything just transferred over without any input or form filling. I expect the same here. The new shares will just automatically appear in your portfolio.

Nomz, We will receive 1 new share for 33 old ones at the new price of 9p per share. Your percentage holding in the new company will remain the same and is not being diluted. That's my understanding anyway but I stand to be corrected on that. In addition, all the fractions of shares resulting from the consolidation will be added together and sold, with the proceeeds going to the new company. So my 0.46 of a share will help a little! Regarding SMA, it was going nowhere. At least we now have a chance of recouping our current losses, not only with the growth of the company resulting in an increasing share price, but also from dividends. That, of course, remains to be seen, but having read the prospectus I'm quietly optimistic about our future at the moment. They may well open a pub near me given their target locations, so maybe I'll get to try their offerings at some point.

GWMO have no intention of mining this. The stated aim is to prove the resource and sell it on.

I hope it happens, and soon, but maybe there isn't enough 'proof' this is a certainty yet. This is still a risk, and I think it will take a few more decent statements before we start to see a real rise. There have been a few references to Solg here today, which I have held shares in for around 6 years now, and people forget, or don't know, there was a constant stream good news regarding the drilling results but it was years before the market reacted positively and the share price rose. That said, the RNS is very promising. In general, the grades found were broadly in line with the forecasts from the goephysics, and that has to be a reason for optimism regarding the next results. I won't be disheartened if the price doesn't rise over the next few days, but at least it hasn't bombed, which has to be a good sign. If there is a good rise, so much the better. It's just my summary of the day. All in all, I have as much confidence as ever, and I still think we'll be quids in over time. It may just take a wee while longer than we hope for. GLA.

Some guy, I forget his name now, had Oregen Gold down as his number one share pick 5 years or so ago. It doesn't mean anything, especially when the take home pay is more than the income. Now, where have I seen that before? This share is a dog. It always has been, and always will be.

I've sunk a small fortune in here over the years so I'm hoping it will turn out OK. The one negative I'm wary of is the possible dilution of shares, which I have commented on before. Time will tell. I'm sure an RTO will happen soon, it just remains to be seen how it affects us long term holders.

No, it's not 'very bad news' at all. If you read the rns, it states there 'may' be a mistake in the calculations. It goes on to add the boffins on the ground are reporting excellent geology from the drilling, and David Fraser said that while the discrepancy was disappointing, the overall viability of the M2 project has not changed. I'ts there in black and white, just like the majority of your posts since you joined this board in January which are overwhelmingly negative on every company you have commented on. They will have a very good understanding of what is being found in the ground and I have a great deal more confidence in their assessment of the situation than your bland assertions which are based on nothing but thin air. Yes, it can easily drop to 0.7p, but so what, because it will be a darn sight higher in a few months time. Just my opinion, and I'm not selling. You'll have to do much better than that to spook me!

It doesn't matter one single jot when the results come out. The stuff in the ground is there and it isn't going to rot away. So the price rises a little, and comes down a little, around 1p. These prices will be a memory in a while. March, April, May.........I couldn't care less when it happens, and when, not if, is the appropriate word.
