Anyway, I posed you a question yesterday which you may not have seen so I'll repeat. I (and I think also Dee) are interested in your 10% premium offer on FB shares. Can you let me know what your upper limit is?

To change the subject, all on here are either GUN holders or prospective GUN holders. We probably all have different methods of assessing our investments but to a degree we are like-minded in that we all identified GUN. I'd be interested in what others hold or are looking at if anybody feels inclined to share. For my own part, I tend to focus on small-cap/micro-cap (though not exclusively if I see value elsewhere) and take reasonable stakes in a few rather than small holdings in many. Amongst those I hold at the moment having followed for some time are EDEN Research and AMERisur Resources - the former in particular has great potential I believe - and also AVON Rubber, who have a strong if eclectic set of markets. Interested in what others' research has led them to, GUN aside.

Riskassesor, you're dead right, it is very childish but sometimes you just have to call people out, particularly hopeless bullies. Come on chickennuggets, I need to know whether to make this purchase or not in order to lift a quick 10% from you and I'd like to know what your upper limit is. I might even be behind Dee in the queue so we need to take that into account. Now is not the time to go all shy on us.

Incidentally, is it a complete co-incidence that you and BN have almost identical number of posts and he appears when you disappear and vice versa and in particular he disappears when a question is asked which he doesn't want to answer and you suddenly appear in his place? Hmm.

All of these people are shareholders, just like you, they just have a different perspective on whether this is being well handled or not. As I have posted below, I hold almost 1% of GUN and I'm entitled to ask questions, either privately or otherwise. You?

Optimist, you appear to be an awful lot more balanced and more informed than everybody's friend BN. I really don't think anybody is de-ramping here, just increasingly concerned about the lack of communication and transparency, for which GUN and FB have only themselves to blame. I have no interest in this doing poorly. I hold a reasonably significant stake in GUN (not notifiably high like yours but getting on for 1%) and was intending an independent holding in FB too. I think holders are entitled to be asking questions right now. I wish you well. If you succeed, I succeed.

Dee, you may be right but, hmmm, the Danes being advised by the expert London listers? There is an awful lot not adding up here. I'm looking forward to lifting a quick 10% from BN and moving on.

Also, what is the source of the information below please? I'm interested because it's unusual for a professional outfit to allow a statement to go out in their name with elementary spelling errors. You'll know, of course, that 'there' and 'nessesary' are spelt incorrectly so I can only assume this isn't taken from any official statement. On May 15th 2018, our financial adviser in London will receive the complete list of shareholders in Fastbase, Inc. All shareholders will subsequently be contacted by telephone or email to obtain infomation about which bank or trading account they want to use for there share deposit. In addition the advisors might assist to set up a trading account if nessesary.

Dee, it's a good point, well made. Even so, I'd want and expect significantly more reassurance before I make the actual bank transfer. Without it, I'm happy to let this one pass me by and will live with the regret if it's legit and flies! I'm already invested to some degree via Gunsynd. However, perhaps Bignuggets' 10% premium is actually the angle on this share! Bignuggets, what's your upper limit on this offer?

100% agree pennydealer. There is either a distinct lack of professionalism here at a very important moment to be professional, or there is some sub-plot that makes me uneasy. being candid, I have reserved shares and hold the certificate but have not yet paid for them - still a day or two left. I will consider letting the deadline elapse if there is no categorical communication. An RNS is certainly due to those have have shown good faith.

Thanks Chalky. Fastbase as a business appears to be in significant growth, however the product they have on the market is far from a market leader. The one they have in development can be but is relatively unproven. That concerns me less than the unreliability of communications and, frankly, the fact that they would partner with Gunsynd in order to list. On paper this could be a serious SaaS company and their partnership with Gartner is reassuring in that respect, but why would you offer 0.75% of your equity to a tiny outfit like Gunsynd? There's hardly a shortage of firms that can support a successful flotation. This may well prove to be a sound investment but I think there's some music behind the scenes here although hard to tell what. Ignore our moronic friend, his mum will have him tucked up by now!

Preemo, I refer you to this thread from yesterday. Blatant nonsense or ramping only dents confidence in existing or would-be investors and does nothing to help the share price. If an individual really believes sufficiently in an investment, they shouldn't feel the need to promote it ad nauseum every single day. As a seasoned investor who has done OK, I wholeheartedly agree with pennydealer's sentiment. That's the only reason I have called out our friend today. Not only is it irritating, it's just so unnecessary if he truly believes in this share. If he doesn't then his motives are even more questionable. If a forum like this is to have any actual value, it should enable considered and robust debate and sharing of insight, not one person dominating in a proprietorial way and labelling anybody who disagrees or challenges them a jealous non-holder. After all, who'd be jealous of shareholders right now (and I speak as one)?! Good luck to you.

You fundamentally misunderstand the distinction between information and insight. All you've done below is copy and paste information we all have. What insight do we derive from the fact that you are able to copy and paste? What you have peddled as insight (direct line to Rasmus, min $500k investment) is actually nonsense, which was my original point.
