Polypipe rang a bell - one I looked at a few years ago - has done pretty nicely - might take another look. Do you worry how closely aligned it is with the fortunes of the construction industry? ITM - I can't invest in anything I don't understand and I'm not bright enough to understand their business model but good luck to you on that one!

I GENUINELY want GUN to do well for all concerned - I hold 28M shares after all. And I also hope FB does well for holders even though I didn't take up the option to buy having reserved several thousand shares. But what I can't understand is why you highlight large buying volumes (clearly a good thing for us all) but never highlight large selling volumes? It has nothing to do with 'ramping', 'deramping' or otherwise, it's simply a balanced debate which would enable us all to discuss and assess how our mutual shareholding is doing. Highlighting the ups without the downs is as partisan and blind as many football fans are about their own team. Not only do you sometimes have to ask questions and be critical, you're entitled to and - I would go further - as a shareholder you're almost OBLIGED to. Riskassesor posted on here earlier that until there is news, the SP will oscillate between 0.04 and 0.055. I think we largely agree on that. Where we have a divergence of views is that I am therefore asking where and when the news is! That's all.

I've also filtered BN out and can concur with phenomenonnick. How can one human being be so dedicated to stupidity?! I will explain this one final time. I, like many, have rese bed a quantity of shares and have been awaiting a communication in order to transfer what is a fairly large amount of cash. That communication has not been forthcoming and so I no longer wish to won that quantity of shares. You, however, do. To the degree that you are willing to pay a 10% premium. I will pay for them tomorrow (and will therefore own them) if you agree to buy them. It really is that simple. So, for the final time, do we have a deal or are you a gutless chump?

Dear god, I've already told you it was obtained through registration! I'm not trying to hide the fact. I am only now going to pay for them before the deadline to do so elapses if I have a buyer for them at 10% (i.e. You). That's what you have offered to do. I will have it drawn up so that we are both protected and I will meet the legal cost of doing so. Now, are we good or is there an unforeseen difficulty?

A simple yes or no will do. If yes, I'll have a legally binding agreement drawn up tomorrow. OK? If I don't own any shares as you insist then you lose nothing. If I do, as I insist, you get more shares at 10% premium, which you're convinced is a steal. So you can't lose. All good?

Correct. As I have said, I hold a share certificate which is not yet paid. Plan A was to let the deadline elapse and I'm at 0%. But you have proffered a Plan be which enables me to pay within deadline and instead make 10%! Deal?

Rupert, I don't think anybody is being unduly negative. As shareholders, we're entitled to scrutinise and ask questions. However this pans out, it has been poorly handled to this point. It's certainly more legitimate than the unquestioning pseudo-Delboy "this time next year we'll all be millionaires" meritless rubbish peddled by some on here. Like you, I hope that Gunsynd does well but its ok to ask questions
