Very reassuring numbers here today with organic growth of 74% ( excluding PIA) in the privacy vertical .
Key metrics on customer retention and total subscribers up from 1 million at half year
to 2.35 million ( including PIA) at year-end are very good indeed .
Kape do not upfront revenues but spread over the life of the contract - any investor who
knows the software / IT industry will be very wary of companies that upload revenues on medium/ longterm
contracts .
The subscriber numbers going forward will be the key influencer in the share price performance.
If Kape can move the dial on numbers to say 3 million this year then we may see a share price close
to £2.50 or better imho.

I agree that now that Ureka Sarl ( Peptides) and Elro Pharma ( Nucant cancer )
have been amalgamated and with plans to float/sell the merged entity we could get
a very pleasant surprise if this done successfully.
Incanthera with our 15% holding shows promise but as yet no progress.
So with luck IMMU could yet have an interesting year.

I am only quoting from the company's RNS which states that
the trial is expected to be completed in 52 weeks not 52 weeks per patient
on a staggered basis.
Anyway you pay your money and take your chances.

I agree that timelines in drug trials can be fluid at best but the RNS clearly states
that it is anticipated that the Phase 111 trial WILL COMMENCE IN 2020 and will last for
52 weeks approx.
A lot of work was done on the first Phase 111 trial so maybe they can move this one
a bit quicker.
Who knows but any announcements on the above will assist the share price imho.

Furthermore the announcements in the coming months that the FDA has agreed the new trial parameters and of the Phase 111 start date should give a significant boost to the share price .

The agreement with Avion clearly states that the refocussed Phase 111 trials will start in 2020 following FDA agreement on trial parameters and will last last about 52 weeks.
Nolupus has some interesting views on IMMU but frightening investors with estimates of the Phase 111 trial lasting 3/4 years is disengenous .

Like Netflix Shareholders ,
Kape shareholders will now be on subscriber watch from now in with the projected 2 million users following the PIA acquisition.
How many subscribers can be added over time either through organic growth or furthet acquisitions ( or both) will determine whether Kape becomes a mega stock.

Never doubted the true value of ITV and I feel this mini rally has legs with plenty more upside

ITV Studios has sold War of the Worlds to over 80 countries and Variety has described the the series as potentially one of the biggest worldwide TV blockbusters of the year.
Another possible jewel in the ever expanding content library of ITV Studios which adds to the valuation which I put at over £5/6 billion for ITV Studios alone.
Add the value of the broadcasting business, SDN,
Online/Hub, Britbox, UK and Ireland cinema advertising etc etc and you can see that ITV is in a very good position imho

I forgot to mention Bodyguard as another BBC blockbuster made by ITV Studios which by the way another series is on the way as is Line of Duty.

War of the Worlds on BBC but like many of Beeb's blockbusters is made by ITV Studios...Poldark, Line of Duty, World on Fire to name but a few to garner audiences in excess of 6 million per episode in recent times.

I suspect ITV will start publishing subscriber numbers on a quarterly basis starting next year when Britbox starts to roll out in earnest.
Moodys state that Netflix will be cash positive in 5 years time.
Something to look forward to.

Given that Britbox has been written off by almost all of the investment community even before it is even launched properly any positive news on subscriber numbers could jolt the share price forward.
As investors we better get used to the subscriber numbers updates over the next year or so as with Netflix investors.
Given the vast content libraries of BBC, ITV , C4 and many others yet to sign up , a large % of total revenues will go to the bottom line not withstanding the cost of new content.
All of Netflix revenues are absorbed by content costs and debt repayments and it has still to make a profit and likely never will.
We are on now on subscriber numbers watch like
Netflix but without the market pressure given the almost zero expectations on Britbox.

What if Britbox is a huge success and has 20 m subscribers in the 2/3 years.
That would mean £1.2 billion in annual revenues
for ITV and a potential market cap of £20 billion
for ITV based on conservative P/E ratios.
