No trades here so far today reflecting the illiquidity and lack of a meaningful free float in the share.
The market cap of just c £14m and the AIM listing is another factor in the downbeat sentiment .
We will need some positive news soon to break out of the doldrums .
Patience required.

Companies are required to issue timely RNS when they know of market sensitive information otherwise the Directors are in breach of stock exchange listing rules.
So it appears no further contract wins as yet so patience required.
I would be concerned if no news forthcoming in the next few months.

Whenever you post I always feel it is well thought out and you have earned your creditability imho..
I feel you could be right regarding a RNS as share price drop is too steep on no bad news ( as yet).

Net share sales of c 42000 or £16k have knocked share price by over 11%
Cash burn is easing as Revenues and EBIDTA increase and now all about contract wins.
Next 6 months will tell a tale .

Just 26,000 shares sold knocked 7.5% off the share price today demonstrating how MMS control the market in an illiquid small float share
such as Ethernity.
The converse is also true if news comes of further deals with so little stock available.
It happened in Kape when it announced the acquisition of Private Internet Access late last year...the share price doubled in weeks.
Good news here will have an even more profound effect on the share price imho so don't worry about these daily manipulations .

Let's hope you are right as everything here has gone so quiet.

If the company can turn cash flow positive
this year there should be no concerns about solvency given the cash in bank.
I feel this is a medium term investment in a new exciting market but if signs appear of progress the share price could rocket given the tight liquidity and small free float.

delivers this year.

Good informative postings which I appreciate.
Because of the confidential nature of negotiations with major
OEMs the company has to be very careful with announcements
but hopefully, we will hear some news soon.
Going for some more and then I will sit and await developments.

Cash of $6m at half year, Management fully in with their cash and reputation and possible major contract wins in the offing with just a paltry £ 15m market cap

Shares are tightly held ( perhaps just 30% free float) with David Levi ( 20.8%)
and Shavit Baruch ( 13.8%) with plenty of skin in the game with their disclosed
direct holdings.
And as for Ethernity's military connection look no further than the Non-Executive Director
Zohan Yinon , a former Major in the Israeli Armed Forces.

I have been monitoring Ethernity for a long time before plunging in
yesterday---I note a further 25,000 of my buys appeared after hours.
The Israeli tech sector is booming driven by huge investment and state support
with a lot of the innovation derived from military software and very smart techies
drawn not just from Israel but from other parts of the world too.
Ethernity's technology appears cutting edge but everything depends on securing some
big contracts which should happen soon.
Like Teddy Sagi in Kape , David Levi is hugely invested here and I like that in a company.
I am no techie myself but I am impressed with the calibre and financial clout of the
people driving Ethernity ( and Kape) and the huge potential of the technology .
It is now about delivering and we may not have long to wait on that score imho.

enterprise where I have doubled my money in 4 months
