How so? As far as I can see they were allowed to get their holding back up to their predetermined level cheaply by MMs keeping SP down as they bought millions of shares. Stuffed...or complicit now?

Dear Sir or Madam. I am a holder of this stock since 2013 and have studied the pattern of trading on virtually a daily basis since then.

It is very clear that the share price is being manipulated by people including market makers colluding with others in the financial sector.

In recent times there have been days with large excesses of buys where the share price has not risen. The trades have been consistently reported late by market makers to obscure the fact that they are failing to raise the price to allow a fund (Vaneck) to buy shares cheaply.

In the last 48 hours, there has been activity to further suppress the share price by coordinated selling to allow individuals / funds to short the stock.

This is cheating investors and raises gains for insiders and those the manipulating share price.

You will know this has happened before with BMN stock as there is an open complaint being investigated currently.( Case :205882095) Yours sincerely,

Looks that way. Are all those 7 x 50k transactions sells? Back to the tactics they used some weeks ago if so. I just dont understand why at present? Is it possible that the MMs are long on this share but using places sells to drive price down to pick up more cheaply before news and bounce?

That's the bit I still don't get, Ken. We DO generally have sticky fingers on shares here as there are a lot in PI hands and people say they don't sell or trade them. True, there has been a seller probably from the placees, but I struggle to see how this is anything other than an illiquid share and it surprises me that it is so resistant to change with supply / demand even though I know we've been a plaything for market makers for a year now.

Vauch , that all seems to depend on whether the cheating MMs can make any money on it rising and little to do with true value or fundamentals. Fingers crossed though

Also note the spread incredibly tight whilst they have been doing this purchasing eg 27.35 /27.5 few mins ago (not live) and at times reversed which I think is another trick to make correct assignation of buy / sell near impossible.

Simple. DBB. That movement in SP would have cost Vaneck 100s of 000s pounds. So, they talked to a mate in trading who usually handles their business and doesn't want to lose them as a client. They colluded / pulled in favours with others and prevented the sap rising whilst they accumulated shares. They could only do this if they had known there were still some shares available from the committed and long term seller/ placee. Nothing illegal in any of that.......yeah, right.

@HS. VERY good and overlooked point. Have all focussed , quite reasonably, on keeping cash for work at Vanchem. But also keeps some cash for potential dividends. Why not? FM has said he will at the correct time.

@jogj99. True. I'm beginning to think we will only see anything like true value when we see increased production being definitively converted into sales and revenue. The market seems reluctant to acknowledge that these will almost inevitably follow the steps that are being taken to build production capability. Come on BE we need some really positive updates!

Masterstroke.
1. Bought at a considerable saving even on the initial price - which was still a steal cf Greenfield
2. As SP rises over 12 and 24 months dilution of SP will be negligible if CLNs converted to shares
3. Leaves BMN with greater cash reserves to complete upgrades on Vancem avoiding further debt or dilution.

Alfa. That's great. Quite a few 50 and 25k repeated and even trying to apply bid / ask at times without L2 difficult to tell.

Still being played. Lots of round number sells and nothing like the mark up many had predicted so far. Looks like the seller still isn't done allowing the MMs to fully close positions I guess. Cant last with other news coming.
