I'm hopeful of a link with SP and rising V price too. In Feb 2019 the SP was 33-35p and is around 60% down now whereas V prices today are down average 26% (excluding Russia as an outlier) . The 30 day V prices are up but the SP isn't yet. Surely it has to turn .

SPB: I long ago gave up trying to work this out. There is always the ace card up the MM sleeve: the late / very late reported big sell/ buy to explain it all later.

Agreed SOTRR. I posted a negative comment in frustration a few weeks ago and got the usual insults and comments about looking for a lower entry point. Progress IS very slow at present and your points are well made.

Mortality around 2-3% cf SARS around 10% and MERS 25-33%. Plus, we dont know how many "minimally affected" or asymptomatic cases yet to give true denominator numbers. Swine flu, which caused panic a few years ago, later shown to have infected huge numbers of children asymptomatically in UK. Clearly still a major health issue but probably not as bad as tabloids painting it.

Does anyone understand why this has taken so long? Lionel and I were both invested in Mariana and that went through onto TSX much more quickly. It made little difference to the SP though. If the plan is to let SA investors buy in at advantageous prices , then right now would seem to be the perfect entry point.

Got to confess, I'm close to giving up on this. At the moment BOD effectively have taken a massive gamble on the take up of VRFBs. It's either genius first mover thinking or a catastrophic error.
It's all very well positioning yourself to be the leader in a new technology. But if there isn't a market or any demand for it you are wasting your time. We still have no indication whatsoever that there will be a demand for this technology. Buying up VRFB manufacturers seems nice. But you also have to wonder why they are selling right now if we are on the cusp of a new era in energy. An alternative hypothesis might be that they are happy to sell out of a difficult and too slowly evolving market. So , there you have it. Genius or total write off. Only time will tell, but right now, I'm so frustrated that I feel like walking away.

Even if you downgraded the target 70% to 30p there wouldn't be a winner this year.........

No Sanchez. I managed to buy quite a lot between 29.5 and 48p. I'm now just a little above level despite being in here since Oct 2013. Better than being down, but my capital has been tied up for a long time for only very modest gains in fact.

I really do hope so Sanchez. I'm a bit sick of the "jam tomorrow" situation now. I confess I'm not an altruistic investor. I invested for a return on my capital and the last 12 months now have been extremely disappointing.

Anyone surprised this is not being formally RNSd by BMN ? I would have thought it merited it??
