I'm with you 100% there UKSG. BE has been here for 4 years now but hasn't added anything to the SP. It wont until there are clear revenue streams. And I continue to believe the news flow is too slow. The JSE listing being kicked so far down the path after initial discussion and the same with talk of dividends too. I kick myself for becoming over enthusiastic and averaging up through the 30s and even 40s.

Exactly the same with previous parent company....

February was the first month for a very long time (and at least a year) with no RNS. Justcwhen we need it, the newsflow has dried up completely . 1 in Q1 2020 so far whereas there were more than 10 every quarter in 2019.

I know. Was expressing disappointment that in that 4 year period we havent seen more buys from them . Not one. By contrast spin off ATM directors have all bought recently.

Just happened to note the coincidence that our last director buys were on 29 February 2016.

Me too. I'd love to know. Although period of exclusivity ends at end Feb, I'm not convinced even news of completion of Enerox will make much difference to SP. Its news of big orders we need. And just because exclusivity period ends does that automatically mean news follows? Jonny Maz are you still reading - would love your thoughts on the process.

Well, after a flurry of increased volume last week, seems we are once more back at the bottom. MMs secure in knowledge that they still have supply of shares from willing seller. Do they also believe they have time before significant news drops? Hope they get caught out.

At last. The volume returns and just maybe the large and persistent seller has cleared just as Vanadium prices turn sharply up. ......you wait 15 months and then all the buses arrive within a few days of each other.

The formation of BE was notified in the RNS of 18 Jan 2016. 4 years ago. And although it is an exciting prospect, it remains just that. No contracts. No revenue. No profit. It may be that there is a chicken and egg situation : until you have contracts you struggle to finance the construction of an electrolyte plant. Until you have the plant , customers aren't going to contract with you . So, I'm not especially surprised construction is slow, but some clarity would be helpful. Mikhail said there had been "hundreds of discsussions" but none of these appear to have materialised. Yet. The lack of clarity is the reason the markets attribute little if any value to BE in my view.

Alfa. If BF has felt like this about TBP ( I have found it very helpful - thanks) maybe a very brief statement explaining reasoning behind set up would help dispel any concerns . In these cynical times, the idea that someone set this resource up altruistically to inform investors might seem difficult for some to believe.

Nice to see better volumes today. 2 million traded already. And interesting once again to note that the larger buys (>100k) are being reported late by about an hour whereas any sells are on time.

Great insight BBN. I would argue that BE /BMN have already started to address your concern about lack of experience. It is for this reason they began partnering with established manufactures at the end of last year. I think they recognised that their inexperience would be scrutinised and a potential disadvantage and set about addressing that promptly.
