Gambit just posted a financial analysis that makes no sense in valuing a company. Iits sad you cant handle a reasoned challenge to that . I'm happy to see a response that makes sense.

Gambit. I'm no accountant nut I don't understand your logic there. Sales revenue means little - its profit on those sales that's important. I agree that we could be argued to be worth less than the sum of parts but once again you cant look at the cost of a new build to value an asset - like saying your 10 year old banger is the value of the new model!

Bit quick to call this modest rise a rerate gambit! I'm waiting expectantly too but think the seller will need to have cleared before we see a proper and sustained rerate

Knuttie. I for one feel that sentiment is correct. I've been badly disillusioned by the 30 p retrace and of course the wildly over optimistic £1 party in 2019. Bird in the hand is worth 2 in the Bush and all that. I would simply love ANY bid. It would produce the quickest rerate!!!!!

HS. Not sure I see why a buyout would be difficult. We sit on many many billions of $ of Vanadium. You just offer , say, 1.1 billion for the company. You make sure you sweeten the deal for the BOD so they recommend it to shareholders. Whether it would be successful depends on a vote. Personally, I would accept.

I can see this going on for months yet as the BOD dont appear able to put something in place to change this at the moment.
