Pat , I agree with your view....although I really really don't understand how that could be the situation!! Even if BE came to nothing (and I don't think that is likely - We have enough high grade (well, world class) ore to supply Vametco and Vanchem working at new enhanced capabilities for many decades. The costs of production are far far lower than the sale price even when V prices are depressed.But the market refuses to see any possible increase in attributable value . Absolutely bizarre.

Yes. The world has truly gone mad. Scrapping the dividend aligns it with BMN at the moment, although BMN are committed to paying dividends in the near future.. VM 194 million loss. MCAP 1.5 BILLION. BMN probably over 50 million profit MCAP 250 MILLION.

Feels like a bit of a watershed moment? I cant work the exact totals out as no L2 , but big excess of buys around 4 or 5 to 1. Even if a few trades are mislabelled , this is quite an excess. And an appropriate share price rise suggesting we aren't going to see some big late sells reported to balance it all up?

A real positive. Although it means some dilution with new shares, the premium to convert at 4p is a good deal in my view. In general I've seen for CLNs on AIM issued at discounts to the SP.

Explain why that's a downside? IIs will probably only hold until they make a specified return, whereas especially here, well informed and ethically aware investors likely to be long term holders.

Hmmm. Hope you are right. Anything g seems possible after a failure to even nudge upwards with Vanchem acquisition, Mokopane right ( not licence) and the move into battery manufacturers. I can hardly believe it.

Ok. Well, justify your stance. It has not been the preferred practice for our BOD who have kept dilution to an absolute minimum over the last 5 years. AND they very cleverly freed up money with debt facility to complete Vanchem acquisition at a thriftily reduced price. So not much in their past to support placing theories now.

So, those clever city boys in red braces (dont know what the girls wear!) have seen the RNS and digested the fact that BMN are striding into the integrated manufacture of VRFBs. The SP has rocketed by 1.18 % currently adding nearly 2.5 million pounds to the MCAP................. shakes head slowly and wonders what they do to earn all that money.......!
