You have to remember that this is just one TA's viewpoint. Whilst a lot of TAs are seeing further falls in gold very few are projecting a collapse as heavy as this. And a large number are bullish in the longer term.

Indeed it would. But the ones that survive,(I suspect that most would given the likely short lived nature of such a drop) would be spectacular buys.

Perhaps the most interesting aspect of these latest sells is that their reporting has not been delayed. You cannot get a clearer indication of the market makers' mindset than that.

The next batch of warrants being pre-sold. It has to happen and the market has absorbed it pretty well. Not that many left.

Somebody mentioned about dilution related to the warrant conversion (amidst the sea of bile). Strictly speaking the dilution occurs at the warrant issuing date rather than the conversion date. People may be familiar with the term 'fully diluted' when calculating the number of shares in issues and the market capitalisation. This is the number of shares with all derivatives exercised.

Given the posting history, I am not sure that the suggestion would involve ascension.

Well, it can only be Atlas given the high strike price but the actual price is new to me.

Gold is currently getting smashed and has broken support levels. Various technical targets. One analyst I tend to watch is currently predicting $890/oz bottom before a generational opportunity. Strangely we have seen these generational opportunities more than once in the last 10 years or so! Genuinely hoping that this scenario turns out to be the case.

The 'T' in 'SMART' usually refers to 'time bound'. I am not sure that SP Angel put a date on their target so it cannot be considered 'SMART'.

Welcome on board. We now share BMN and ARS. Actually, I confess I had a little dabble on XTR but based on my 'rampometer'. As usual, poor delivery trumped ramping on that one. Not sure I can join you on CGNR which has what I believe to be the worst BoDs on AIM and one of the most abusive investors (PJ). On the surface it looks ridiculously undervalued but then it has for 20 years. Their other company, KDR, is similarly 'blessed'.

Slightly confused about your point here as the BFS announcement of a delay triggered a big rise in the share price - the falls have been occurring for some time and culminated after the Beutong release (strangely). I suspect that I have misread your point.

I'm not convinced that there will be Q2 results published. There weren't any last year. Instead they issued the interim results at the end of August. There was no Q3 report. Q4 was covered by an update in January 2018 and final results. There was no Q1 report this year.

This year there has been a financing update in February suggesting potential for $15m convertibles. A further update with the finals suggesting the same since when there has been nothing at all.

This level of communication for a producing company is unacceptable.

Well, given the nature of Beaufort the selling would be focused on specific stocks. Specifically those that they raised finance for. As such the impact may well be felt. Like others here I have seen heavy selling across a number if the better junior miners. Only BMN seems to have been able to overcome this so far. It is suggestive of a large scale liquidation of positions in the space and may well be reflective of the political climate.

Chartist2, Good to see the conspiracy theories again. Always refreshing when an investor refuses to take responsibility for their own investments. :)) You may want to take emotion out of your investment decisions if you are going to trade for a living. Blaming others is not a great basis for future profits. And that is not a dig - it is a genuine statement. A good trader would have moved on, taken it on the chin and learnt from their mistakes.

Not sure that I completely agree with that. An 800m+ intercept at Beutong that clearly indicates extension at depth would see this move higher I believe. But in general I agree that drill results will influence the price less and less going forwards.

As I said yesterday, anyone that starts a sentence by undermining their own argument is on pretty weak ground.

Looking on the OTC market, I can't find that short position currently so not sure of the veracity of this (automated) report. Not much in the way of trading on there - no trades since 31st July.

You have to laugh when somebody starts a comment by saying they don't know anything about what they are commenting on. Undermining your viewpoint before making it probably isn't the wisest start.

I certainly wouldn't be concerned about this poster. He is pretty much just a MTR mouthpiece. I had a run in with him on MTR by suggesting that it could go below 2p (it did). He retaliated by coming up with a chart by saying that ARS could be stuck under 8p (I think) for 2 years, ignoring the impulse breakout that was occurring. It went to 14p within a month.

Actually, looking at SP it would appear that TW was not the author of the expose but rather someone who goes by the pen name of 'cynical bear'.
