@Tro, did cnbc highlight DELTs tick up, do you recall the price or was it volume..
I see they had a large trade buy, upped the bid, filled then dropped..
So the bounce finally happening, I had given up on that this side of new year

Not sure he will want to talk finances the raise is almost close to a 3rd of the company, and with just 1 drill its suggests they burnt through that $9m in 2022, probably got stung on the Predator.. There is another $4m, from last years $9m thats not been mentioned, to announce having it would have supported the price as people were speculating $3m per drill.. So that 7p placing price would have been more likely...
He lead people on, people believed they were funded for 1 drill.. Now its a binary play..so likely more will be out before spud

Interesting since yesterday, raise has gone from 140m shares, 175,567,924, and finally to 197,922,716 8am this morning

last years rig they were supposedly going to update shows as they increased with depth,and value, but the first he announced as 2% for a show that persisted at 1%, only initially giving 2%, So I suspect they never got any higher..
But first show being announced above commercial levels for extraction from hydrocarbons is suspect, especially before calibration..

Looks like we will get a RNS once those 140m shares have been sold, thats if forward selling is permitted in the UK, which I suspect is the case, with such volume this morning.. How long do you think?

I believe that was done at the last AGM, those 200M..
I guess the amount of shares will depend on whats sold to the market, and the price achieved, 5.5-6p 10-20% commission.. Might be able to guess when the RNS is due watching the volume..
Did you see all the terms and conditions attached to the bottom of the RNS, not noticed that before...

I just found an article that suggests forward selling is legal in the UK or was 2015...
Company got fined for forward selling placing shares before the placing was approved at the AGM, and approval was not given, .. So were fined for not having proper controls in place...

Now I read another saying it was illegal, but not by the looks of it...

That seems like a good price, ticking up now....
Very much doubt I will stay until result,but might leave some on the table depending if I make any profit above that 50%..
I have a feeling the price during drill will depend on how much comms comes out during each phase, mob, spud and drilling will be quicker than 1 month, probably has quick as PRD, maybe a little slower if cautious

I think someone expected the price to be higher with a little glossing over the details...cant do it forever...some believed it was funded for 1 drill,

@Dobby,I believe they are new shares which will be issued for the fund raise, they were agreed to(total up to 200m) at the AGM, so the dilution will occur when they are listed on AIM..
They never made it clear we would not be entitled to any as existing share holders though....
