But its going to take a while to flip 200M shares, and if they are working to an average price, and they are doing better than expected, and things slow down, they might just lower the price to speed things up again..
Anyway I have a lot to learn yet, but shares do drop below placing prices, but I cant see it here, but 5.5p very possible..
Take a look at PRD, raise at 5.5p, dropped 3 times, to a little less than a 10% premium to placing.. before rising ...
60M placed... August time I believe..so dropped on raise, then 2 further times...

I suspect we will have a few rises and dips before the shares starts a steady climb..

88e, something that has been on my mind, EOG/i3e last drill, the resource was thought to be part of another companies field, and it was mentioned, unless EOG's discovery was substantial then it would be expected for the resource to be developed as one..
88e's overlaps with PANR, if PANR's is a discovery then 88e's well becomes an appraisal testing the discovery further afield... warrants a production sharing agreement.. maybe...

QFI, the price is fairly steady, still below what I paid, just that spread making out the price is moving, got a few trying to talk it down too..
Not sure about the expected MSC trial date anymore, people now talking about the 1st morocco trial being the next news.. Thats supposed to lead up to a second trial, and revenues...
It could drop if that slips, surely it should be starting any day if its going to be done in the next couple of weeks..

but I dont think funding is an issue until mid year, plenty of time for a no news pump, hopefully..

Xviolet, I have just held, the raise was tough one, as it looked like the price was heading for 9/10p so a 7/8p rise likely..
But issuing the financials, with no mention of what was in the bank to support the price with speculation of a raise, talking round questions in the interviews, just run thin for too many i guess..
And it looks like they needed to pay up to book that rig....
They could have raised that initial £7m, and then offer the other £3m as an open offer..
5p, knowing the drill is on, thats an opportunity for those in the teens to seriously average down,,
but no open offer increases the chances of the big money off-loading to us...
But hopefully no need for a Tai-2 this time though ;)

@Latorre, why buy at all, probably going to issue themselves some performance based options very soon, funding and rig in place, why not.... ;)

@Legalwolf, if they off-load the full 200M to the retail investors, then its just a paper exercise, the middle men make 10-20%, with little risk..
We take the risk and pay a premium for it too,

whats the theories on the canceled shares, heard so many, and can also be a form of manipulation, but these appear together, so could they be transfers between accounts, to isa etc

Must be part forward sold at least, looking at yesterdays volumes, price is being kept about right for all involved to take their cuts, commission, and for many to feel they have a bargain..
