This one really is a gamble, the rig breaking down gave opportunities which included getting out before results, , .. might not happen this time

Remember, when they talked about the background levels, pre-results they did'nt put it in context of a discovery, or not.

When they finished Tai-C everything was moving with haste especially around the rough neck, which is always about to be fitted...

@Swissydog, has Jason sold another Christmas tale, he said he expected to be announcing agreements revealing the names involved in the MSC fuel trials..a small re-rate.. Also mentioned investment banks, but they also offer the same services that He1 chose, and funding is due early Q1 unless UTAH achieves full funding....

Other thing is Liberum are part of the MM line up, they have all the financial insight..Which could explain partly why the share price failed to hold mid 3s to 4p... During the low 3s I was day trading, or playing day trader, there were days when it felt like the price was being held up, off-loading at the best prices ?

@Tro, entry was 0.235, I missed that holding for 0.23..

Issuing now is getting caught, unable to de-risk, since He1 may simply announce spud rather than issue news to build price ahead of drilling.. Then if its news at TD again, that could come with 15 days and be another poor result...

So we have the flippers to suppress the price now, all the way to spud, then those that will cut their losses near spud..

How many times was lorna asked if they could indicate a discovery on site, Mike let that out of the bag, not Lorna..

If they were clear more people would have sold before Tai-C results, and every one sold when they mentioned taking the NOMADs advice..

Its a new play now, old money gone, at 0.48p new traders with be at 100% profit..

Averaging down, Mmmmm, not sure about that term especially when your in a big loss..especially an unrecoverable loss..

But nothing wrong with taking a new position if the opportunity is there, only your account averages it down lol..

LB, for some reason felt it necessary to mention targeting the faults was'nt a sudden change in approach, or words to that effect... Then stopped short of explaining what they hoped to achieve, and made no effort to described the makings a fault based discovery. DM cased a 2% show after penetrating a fault, and moved on to TD..?

So my question, if they announce a 2% show penetrating the fault how does that equate to a discovery.... ?

He1 are simply not putting things into context for the guys without the knowledge to understand the makings of a discovery.. If they did a lot more people would have sold before Tai results..

@TwoHearts, if we get a Tr1 with Liberum holding a big portion of those directly subscribed shares I would say you may be right

Ian gave the team his thumbs up on leaving, said he would remain invested and believed in the project. There was no need for him to say that, and if he knew what was coming then he was deceiving people... He was part of the team that came up with $5m to drill 3 wells, so it was acceptable that he left while the company biased towards O&G personnel..

The No Rig update, at the time could easily have been a rush job with little thought, only now it looks different..

Somebody on that BOD is hot, getting around the placing limitations, but others out of their depth making wrong decisions. Tai-C had to happened for that to come to light...

Imagine blowing the budget on well that only produced background levels(against atmospheric ?), and leaving the company with just a few months to live...

He1, have shown little interest in supporting its LTH or the pi , as the No Rig update was completely avoidable, and then demonstrated their cunning by navigating placing constraints, with their ability to issue unlimited dilution.. That makes it harder to believe the No Rig update was a mistake......

Apparently not keeping track of costs claiming they were fully funded until the unsolicited approach prompted their costing exercise... sure thats what they implied...

I bet the unsolicited approach came from their supportive investment bank, and book builder who very likely had all the costings from the last raise..Liberum... Unsolicited not new investors ...

You cant trust what they say, and if some of it is true then you cant believe their incompetence considering how boastful they are about being the right guys for the job

When they said they announced the fund raise on NOMADs advice, they offered no other reason making it sound no more than formality.. Thats not the main reason, they previously made a false statement..

@Tro, preferably they need to be off loaded before spud, that drill could reach 1500m in two weeks.. Same results as Tai-C its Black Friday again...They have obliterated the LTH, and cant afford to do the same to the city boys... At least for now the traders will buy shares from the flippers if there is a profit... So maybe there will be a delay.. Admission day tomorrow..

He1 just completed a drill and we have absolutely no idea of the drill rates achieved between break downs, they are keeping way to much info away..

There was $2.1m in an escrow account for a sales and purchase agreement mentioned in the financials. ..could be the rig

I think its open tomorrow, also that goes along with Portfolios dates..

I think the only guys holding such volumes are the book builders. The oversubscribed announcement, possibly they felt that they could subscribe to a few more shares, after all its their job shift them. Not being placees they can probably sell to whoever, and are currently forward selling into the market those with no homes..

Other thing He1 claimed they had unsolicited approaches, all that means is they were approached before advertising the fact.. Nothing to say it wasn't by Liberum, who through association and the previous raise probably had all the projects costings revealed as part of negotiations.. So fully aware of He1's cash position...before he1 by the sounds of it(unlikely)

Liberum are an Investment Bank, its their business to know these things, thats how they make their money

Really interesting the change in the posts, suggesting volume near 3x shares in issue is all retail investor activity ?

Especially when the book makers have to find owners for 2.4b shares ....
