@Tro, sure its states in the terms they cant be sold within 6 months of admission, unless to Qualified investors.... so its a lock in as far as we are concerned.. But there is nothing stop us selling our original holdings..

but all the buying suggests loaned shares are being sold, ohh these a Qualified investors, so they sell our loaned shares back to us, which are pre- admission date. so outside the conditions.. They can do what they like amongst each other, and probably accept the shares as collateral , against loaned ones from 212 which they can sell...

Its gets more and more croooked everyday...

Well considering the placees can only sell to Qualified investors there are a lot of shares available,,, but it did say within 6 months of admission, not from the this mornings notice... So if everybody is buying forward sold says that cant be sold to them, how does that work?

Well, where are the shares coming from if the placees can only sell to Qualified investors with 6 months of admission...

I guess funding was a challenge, so they were probably advised by the NOMAD to reveal the funding requirement as He1 stated they were fully funded 15th Nov when they released their financials..

You would think He1 would highlight any lock in agreement, its a positive ...or even the average combined price which is significantly above the placing price, especially when there is a chance the market decides the price should drop below placing as sometimes happens

I would'nt be parting with large sums of money to be locked into another drill of break downs and likely duster..

Which makes me wonder if the fundraise will succeed , but its probably all been sorted before hand

Lock in, just looks like they cant be sold to the public, so can be traded amongst qualified investors, how they control that I dont know..

What are the thoughts on the 6 months lock in for Qualified investors, who I believe are the only guys entitled to apply for the new shares... Suggests they can't sell them to the PI ?
