So will LibC push the price over 0.25p tomorrow, to tempt those holding 0.23 or lower, and to average out at 0.25p..

Phase 1, DM described what would be a discovery when looking for full reservoirs, now they are targeting the faults you would hope they would describe such a discovery, but they have'nt.. Even with Nat Gas explorers the reservoir height, and associated gas column are important factors.. I guess high pressures will be a good indicator, but nothing has been suggested to give anybody a clue...

If I interpreted(big if) the update correctly, the direct subscribers are the book builders, and the placees that indirectly subscribe through the book builders are unable to sell to the public for 6 months from admission...

If its rock bottom and time to buy, then for those who got caught its time to hold, and for the LTH I doubt selling is worth while, especially as Lorna put it, Itumbula is a MUST drill site...

where has the all the extra volume the last couple of days come from....?

Said announcing funding was following advise, there was no other reason given so sounded like formality. Said they had cash, which just after claiming being fully funded suggests a top up. Mentioned involving the retail investor would be desirable but unable to comment so early..

And only asked to be able to allot the equivalent of 1/3 of shares in issue....

2.4b shares later, and at a 70% discount to the all time low, a new low set almost everyday for two weeks..

Thursday and Friday 2.8b shares changed hands, those volumes are unlikely to be LTH selling, that is 3x times the shares in issue..

Its blooming Christmas, and that turkey He1 offers how many gap ups...Come on Zac...

Biggest bear trap for 2024, they did'nt kill that rig drilling Tai because it was a duster, the real reason that rough neck could'nt unscrew the pipes was because the BOP had clamped them while sealing off the over pressured nitrogen blasting up the well bore :)

That guy getting it right, where did his info come from, was the source intending it for the benefit of the PI or to help lower the price ?

One possible source would be the investment bank and MM LibC, as they produce analytical notes for their clients, and would have access to inside info being the NOMAD and broker ?

One thing for sure you have to be skittish....

88e, Noble both ASX listed always seem to issue within constraints, but looks like UKs AIM is the Wild West where anything goes.. If a company can issue unlimited shares then there is no protection what so ever..

@Tro, its all guess work, .. I see comments that the bulk are not being sold below placing price, but all bar the 1st two hours of trading the price has been near 0.24p, 2.8b traded in 1.5days, that has to be at least half sold...surely must be placing.... but do we have it wrong ?

@Roger, de-risking can put a lot of downward pressure on the share price especially especially if the company drilling does not provide exciting updates.. Updating at spud, and then TD does'nt encourage buying, as its a silent time with no indications to progress.

It would be hard to believe the MM, NOMAD, Broker and anaylst of He1 would be impartial to the knowledge it held.

The infamous He1, announced fully funded just 5 days before Tai-3 results.... No way did they unknowingly burn through the next drills funds during testing... Then announced to the market they were skint...

Only a fool would believe any company would do such a thing ;)

@Clausewitz, I dont think DM had a choice, the mineral rig must have been part of original plan, how else did they come up with an IPO flyer selling $5m to drill 3 wells... I believe there was another in charge before DM, then when Ian left he gave his endorsement ..

The forward selling, I believe there are conditions for the placees not to sell to the public, I guess that is all those that subscribed through the book builders.. So I suspect these shares being forward sold are those that are not subscribed to, so did'nt find buyers.., .could explain the extra discount.. If the feckers were not so cagey, then we would all have clear picture of what was really happening

If lib and other have to pay 0.25p a share then the price will need to increase, I assume lib is one of the MM, and probably the other too,, but dont know..

So at the moment it is 0.24p, rig repair news blip, then into spud and de-risking.. so downward pressure

I cant see all those drilling delays playing out again which allowed +6p, and a few other chances to escape the wrath of duster..

Its not clear how they pulled the cementing gear out of the hole..something to look up..

Those plans to acquire Eyasi licences scuppered if another duster with current comms...so maybe a change..

Rig Ownership, comms, interpretation of seismic, overrunning costs, announcing being fully funded while struggling to get backing, 3p to 0.25p must be an all time AIM record..

I think they are p i s s ing in the wind with their seismic interpretations and theories, so need to be lucky
