There was a case where a number of MM were all manipulating a companies share price, these were all leading brokers, good news and the price fell,, they all got taken to court.. I must have the article posted some where

Forward selling, as long as the shares are guaranteed to be available it can be done..

So they can be selling the shares to be listed on the 28th today, but they have been selling them less than the agreed price we have been made aware of..

A few spurious trades appearing on the chart, 0.27p 2.5m..

They did'nt fit that rough neck when it arrived, either no engineer or not wanting to risk bad news before the raise

If the shares were being returned they would need to be acquired rather than sold, so that would push the price up..

Often AiM shares creep below placing price, but only watching you just accept it.. but this is the 1st day..

The $700k fee for sorting the raise.. the book builders...

A big buyer probably would have been in the placing, and if not they would not need to flip below placing price...

Have we missed something in that placing update, and He1 are going to get less at these prices

Its 0.238 to buy... my broker showing 0.24/0.24... so the spreads are being rounded to two decimal places.. same on my charts which are set to 3 dec places

I cant work that out, only thing that comes to mind is that most of the shares are being flipped buy one institute that may have been busy doing their thing near results.. The one knocking on the door before everybody else... While the RNS makes you think there were plenty chasing the shares..

Other could be the holder of the shares is the collector of the $700k fee , and they are happy with that, and will push the shares through at breakeven, so the next few days 0.26p

So almost 1.9b, thats the current shares in issue sold and bought, could it be everybody selling out, and new buyers taking them all, I doubt it... There will be holders averaging down hard, rather than selling, and others will see little point in saving a few hundred pounds

But its blood in the streets, and that when they rise strong...

I cant believe they are approaching 2bn shares in a day..

We are currently rigging up at Itumbula West-A and performing pre-spud maintenance checks ahead of commencing drilling in early January.

but

The iron rough neck, which arrived on location on 14th December, will be installed as part of the rig-up process. Following this, the rig will undergo a full function test and, once this process is complete, and all personnel have been remobilised, the Company will commence drilling.

They said the IR was being fitted last interview, suggests they did not have the guys on site to do that job, so its a bit more than pre-spud checks,, The rig is still not functional...

I am tempted but I am thinking, you need to be on the right side of the price, which looks to be sub 0.24.. which may have been missed, was 0.36 earlier.. They seem keen to flip before christmas.. been sub 0.25 since 10 am... Not sure if they will increase the price tomorrow...

Then back in to the frying pan, spud de-risking, slightest hint of a delay more selling, being in for results dodgy as they will dilute without a care

Last drill raise price set the ceiling, but this is a 70% discount on an already trashed sp, so could easily go on a run, Horults gap :)

looks like the the spread is not being adjusted, and my chart prices only showing to two decimal places so everything is going through as bid price 0.240p..

They did'nt plan this one well ahead, they messed up

@Tro, but like you say its not really shorting, and He1 there is never a Tr1, so seems to be outside of some requirements to report. even when Liam dumped his 5% holding, nothing, thats if he did...

but if I was being paid £/$700k to do the placing, I would be happy selling half at 0.26, and the other at 0.24 to average that 0.25...

Yep, I am not saying its shorting, but they have a tool box of tricks to achieve their objectives.. Forwarding selling, if it lowers the price, if thats the objective is shorting of sorts.. loaning shares, to sell high, and replace with shares bought cheaper from a placing.. ... all sorts of options.. and this has been dragged out over weeks..

At the moment the shares are below placing price to buy, keeping that volume ticking over..

Only thing that makes sense its not been oversubscribed by placees who are bound by the terms

@Tro, no I dont know, but shorting, forward selling, loaning is all legal..

Apparently the funding was open to placees, and oversubscribed so fully taken up.. not underwritten, shares to be admitted 28th..

No placee allowed to sell to non qualified investors.

So its reasonable to assume there should not be this volume of buying taking place..as the shares are not available yet, and should not be sold to the public..

Nothing makes sense...

But we have forward selling of shares to the public..
