true true, but then again, the party that pumps the billions in, will be rewarded with something better than shareholder equity, the debt and the interest payments due, but yes i take your point on dilution. i guess CF is reasonably share holder friendly -- as it was their intention to avoid dilution originally, if that was their intention, they probably still wish to not p off their longterm shareholders again....

i was orginally hoping for a quarterly rns end of march, i guess either i had my date wrong or perhaps they have rolled it in to the rns ref funding that is also near due.

The price movement few weeks back was quite interesting, what happend kind of suggest what may happen if the next rns is reasonably positive for shareholders..... my original thought was when the rns comes out share price might fall to reflect dilution, but then again if dilution is minimal, we may get a similar move higher like we saw few weeks ago and then some.... interesting wait..

Eek some share price moves this week, glad it's back down here as partly derisked part of my mums holding and want buy them back post funding rns hehe

Hi, i was wondering what people think of the fact that accounts payable, the companies creditors seems to have increased by 50% on the last set of annual accounts, this appears to be a big red flag in my book, by keeping costs out of teh financial year that is effectively flattering profit. ( i was looking at the data on the invest chron website for reference) Accounts receivable or debtors is also increasing by more than you might expect, a slow down in being paid....

Bit worried by this and i hold this share. Bit amazed how this was like a darling stock until january 2017and declined ever since. Reading articles from 2017 it was like a could do no wrong stock, then suddenly from nowhere the industry is to be decimated by structural change, sorrell is driven to looking for good times and then leaves in a scandal --

Is the dilution not already priced in? Mkt cap has fallen by around 600m since placing was suggested a. My useless guess is they may place the additional shares at 20p or thereabouts

I hope when sirius is in production they produce blends with nitrogen and phosphorus, that would really give more scope for sales as polyhalite, pottasium is a more minor constituent of ferts used on farms, sulphur is needed more in UK and western Europe now so polyhalite should find a UK market for oilseed rape and grass, as well as their international agreements

Hello, don't know if anyone can help me, I had a look at the very brief accounts available for this company and saw a line in current assets which made me think what??!! It was receivables from related parties, this was something like 380 million, bear in mind turnover is 80 million or similar. I tried to find out more about it but there is sparse info available, very worrying, if anyone could shed some light much appreciated, thanks, Dave
