hi, i was looking at the near 33% increase in the sp from the 8th to 13th may from the 15p low -- was this solely due to norges buying? quite an effect it had on the sp! but of course seems to have declined in the days that has passed

Lots of possible reasons, I think he could have taken a very nominal amount as a good will jesture. Curious, I saw the word cat a few times, what is that referring to?? Brain not fully in gear

i think you are right the funds you mentioned are needed shortly to keep the build going

I wonder why chris fraser didn't want to take up any of the open offer shares to which he could have bought? i know he already has x million of them but if he had taken some, the prospectus would not have had to read that he was the only director not atking any.

i know no major parallels here but was looking at the capital raise for hurricane energy in 2017, when they raised 520m$ equity, among other funding they placed the shares at a 6% discount... interestingly sp dropped around 20% below the placing price over the next 6 months, but now sands some 100%+ over the low or 70% above the placing price. obviously thats not the full story, have not read through many rns but interesting for a newbie like myself

hi, i was wondering for those in the know. It was a thought of mine that companies like IG are kind of hedged when people bet on shares, with their spread giving them their income or revenue -- is that correct? so regardless of movement in SP they do not lose or gain.. thanks

crikey some fall today, after hitting +20p earlier on..... alot of profit taking happening, well it was nice to see 20p again
but also happy to know still more buying oportunities ahead before gets too expensive again...

hmm read this board today, so tomorrow may see a 40% div cut, i have a small holding in this and did a top up ahead of the announcement, quite likely we could see some movement tomorrow, if we see -10% sp fall following a 40% div cut it will still yield over 7% -- not to mention all the rest of teh cash that it generates and ploughs back into the business. if we see that kind of fall i will be topping up tomorrow to a more meaningfull position rather than a 2%

HI I was wondering in this OO approximately how many shares in excess of the 1 for 22 am I likely to get – I know noone knows at this time, but from prior experience of such tings what do you think I might see – ive never taken part in one before.

I have a number of accs with sxx shares and taken up my full allowances, I noted in AJ Bell – it appeared to say I could take up a number 10 times higher than my basic entitlement?! In addition to my basic entitlement, this larger amount is equal to 50% of my original holding in this account………….. could that really be correct?

haha seems so rich, well, its still up a bit i guess!

The ii's will be happy see their 15p shares worth 19 in a matter of days good gain but almost feels at the expense of lt holders. Thankfully have been able add considerably in the 15_18p range

For what it is worth I did some reworked figures yesterday and posted, I'm driving today so no access to the spreadsheet, think it was something last like 60p at ten, rising to 1.20 by 20, I did also take part in a sp bingo question so ignore that post if you see it, although it was answered on roughly the same model,

I'm in a similar situation, I'm with ii and one other, neither show the open offer, laggards

i didnt thik you could value a company by its NPV, is it not generally multiples of earnings, rio tinto for example if you valued that of the NPV of all their assets the SP would be many times higher, so would it not be better to value of potentially earnings at 10mta per annum
