@Warrenbuffetfse I also encountered that error message but only at checkout, for a couple of days straight. Customer Service were not aware of any issues. It happened on all browser and even the app.
I believe what I did was to log out, then create the personalised card, and then log in once I reached checkout. I did feed this back. Not sure if that's the same problem you had as the website is up atm.
Agree though, not great for online sales.
