In myself at 1328, looking to keep for a longterm hold along with ITM. Sustainable power is the future, will be interesting to see where this company is at in 10 years time! Hopefully SP at least doubled if not a lot more.

DG12, what was the longterm timescales to predict triple the current SP? As this company is involved in sustainable energy for the future, it could well triple and more from here. I think with this company, buy and keep in your bottom draw!!

Anapa69, I'm optimistic but not as much as you. I think we're looking at the school summer holidays time Jul / Aug before USA opens up and more meaningful flying starts. I just can't see it myself in time for Easter. We need to get large parts of the population covered and other countries do too before travel will commence in a decent way, otherwise serious risk of a 3rd wave. I'm still confident with covid passports and large parts of the population vaccinated good by the summer months and should see a very quick rise in SP by that time. A new and much trimmer IAG, having culled less efficient aircraft, staff levels and alot of old pension legacy agreements, IAG primed for takeoff big time. GL All I remain invested here long term. This will be one of the stars of 2021!!

Agreed Glib, once we have RNS on first transaction this should build momentum in the SP. Staying invested I'm hoping for once I'm in at the early stages of what will be one amazing company, exciting times ahead!!

Newbie in here buying a tranche at 1325, whats peoples views on this company longterm. What I've seen in the SP has been a rapid rise in the last few years. Good long term hold hopefully.

Is it today the RI shares get added? If so predict a drop as some investors sell out. A quality company here though and should rebound well when market sentiment picks up for the travel sector as we head towards spring and hopefully towards a road map for getting the world moving again. GL All!

I'm not sure if we will hit 160, but most certainly as we progress through Winter, and head towards Spring, the PM will be under enormous pressure to publish a timetable out of lockdown. With news of another new highly affective vaccine coming soon too I think market sentiment for the whole travel sector will be boosted. Assuming travel restrictions lifted in Jul / Aug then there will definitely be a strong recovery play here, my guess towards £2. The US market and particukar London - New York, if that were to reopen then we're in business. At the moment covid cases and deaths are still too high so unlikely for a number of months. Can the peak summer months be salvaged? Now that is the question. GL All!!

Whats different now, we are in the middle of the winter, traditionally Q1 Airlines make a loss anyhow. Having a tighter control on borders at the moment and extending the lockdown is controlling the virus. Numbers of new cases dropping for a number of consecutive days. We need to be flying Q3 and hopefully by then USA and other major countries borders have opened up. My assumption it will and therefore once we start flying properly, market sentiment will push this quickly towards £2 mark in my opinion. Good luck to those who think going below £1. We have vaccines , know a lot more about the virus, medical treatment has advanced. Very different from the start of the pandemic. Market sentiment my drive this down a little in short term, but in next few months I do see things opening up, it has to. Patience is the key, hold don't sell at a loss and when positive sentiment returns, those who held will be smiling GL All!!

News already was priced in on UK closing its borders. I see no further drop below current 130-140 range unless of course any unknowns come up in final year results and if we're not flying during July, Aug etc peak travel. Remain invested and looking forward to the rise when it eventually comes. The airline industry one of the worst affected so will rebound very quickly!!

Once we have clear light at the end of the tunnel I see IAG moving alot quicker than other stocks along with Easyjet.

I'm down at the moment here but have averaged down when the opportunity presented itself. No panic selling from me, we will get through this difficult time. In turbulence at the moment but when we reach clear skies, this will fly!!

Agree market sentiment drives this SP like the others too. I wouldn't get too worried about asking about the SP each day, for me its more important are planes ever going to fly again, the answer being of course. Are people going to go abroad on holidays again after being vaccinated, I would say most certainly the big question when are the economies going to open up again and we start flying?

LINK HOPE, it all depends IF airlines have a chance and get some flying done in the summer months. We need people to stay in, hopefully cases of Covid start to come down, more people vaccinated and then start to return to normal. I think £2.50 end of year, assuming that there is decent flying in school summer holidays. I think your looking at lockdown until May. Yes there maybe a dip in SP, but remember IAG are flying loads of Cargo, got government backed loans and loads of staff on furlough. Therefore cashburn should be greatly reduced from what it was in 2020. I've averaged down to 170 buying the RI and topping up at 90 and 94. In for the longhaul, very confident of a decent recovery. I keeping hearing lots of people talking about flying abroad as soon as they can. When eventually boarders do open up, this will fly here literally!! GL All!!

Talk on the news of possible lockdown until May to stop possible 3rd peak. I feel further to drop today, sold out small amount waiting to buy back in. Will this go lower than 150 today?

Once this all cleared up need substantial news to drop and SP will fly higher. GL All I remain invested and believe this little gem will deliver!!
