Regarding a Nasdaq move, can anyone list companies, one company, that has moved to the Nas and done really well in a short-ish period of time? My TLSA are coming back to life on good trial news yet SP's been bumping along the bottom (AVCT style) since 2021. I’m still underwater though less so than with AVCT now. It’s not a great recommendation for the Nasdaq though could turn out well I admit, just required patience of ‘Watching2 proportions’ – which is a lot.

Flipineck, I had thought this debate over until you decided to rekindle it. B2 clearly wanted to ‘air’ a theory on a tip-off being given to Heights on forthcoming data and, realising he’s on thin ice, dressed it up as a joke. People on here regularly accuse others of corruption (MMs; journalists; posters on this BB) so to promote a nod-and-a-wink from AVCT to Heights as the reason for the lack of sales by Heights of recently acquired shares was no joke at all. And you know that. It doesn’t read like a joke in any way which is a bit of a give-away.

And you are only having a pop at me now as I’ve supported Wyn’s right to post (he happened to be right more often than not when it comes to AVCT as I’m sure you’ve noticed so why wouldn’t I like to read such posts).

The trouble is, knotagain, that the author meant it as a morale booster seeing as the sp is 32p.

As someone who is well under water I find it depressing that the best post a Pom can come up with regarding THE cure for cancer I’m invested in is something ‘humorous’ suggesting insider trading might be the answer.

Hi Whimax, it's looking like very good news isn't it.

I'm in the same boat as you. I get most of my strategic / precedent info from the AVCT BB and frankly, there are precedents for almost every possible outcome it seems. One assumes that TLSA will need more money for more trials as time goes on. Partnering, mile-stone payments, buy-out by BF for $B's, or run out of money and we get diluted to nothing are the possible scenarios.

I think we've had 10 working days above $1 so that should reset nasdaq compliance. Early / mid April had been below $1. And that was without much in the way of ramping by the company.

One daughter used AI to cheat on some HW. Before she handed it in my wife read it and found a swear word randomly dropped in.

Lesson learned..

If you build in all the time giving info for AI to learn then the sp of any share has to rise even more to 'pay' for the extra hours.

I'm not asking but I'd have no idea how to feed RNSs for AI to learn. I'll learn in due course no doubt as we tend to lose the ability to avoid the issue, just look at Making Tax Digital emails from Comps Hse.

Personally, I've only used AI half a dozen times but I thought the whole point is that AI knows everything to begin with as it searches the net in the blink of an eye.

Loading all the RNSs from AVCT regarding Pre/cision seems like a rather long endeavour ... I wouldn't even know how to do it.

I think Sidara might want to move fast to seal the deal. A delay would allow other potential buyers to come forward if they are currently hesitant. There was no incentive for other potential buyers to show their hand before trading suspension as the SP would have shot up.

Maybe WG bod will try to keep the window open as long as possible to increase the pressure on Sid. Of course it also depends on skeletons in the closet too but that's anyone's guess atm.
