Looking at the interactive day chart on HL, the price at 16.14hrs to 16.19hrs was 29.97p.

At 16.25hrs the SP dipped to 29.8p.

At 16.27hrs back to 29.97, then on to 30p.

So a transaction at 16:25:37 coincided with a dip in the SP.

Either they were lucky with a big buy in a dip or they sold and caused the dip.
