Hi CI. Sorry, was dipping in and out earlier. Also, my second post didn't immediately appear which caused me to repost it.
The article says "Partnerships has in fact become the biggest revenue-driving channel for the business". And: "with UK revenue up 114% YoY " which implies more-than-doubling perhaps 20%(?) of Eve's revenue? More-than-doubling the profit on 30%(?) of revenue? To me 'biggest channel' implies a decent chunk.
Also there's this intriguing phrase: "The level of profitability the company is now seeing". Now I guess you could describe a massive loss as a 'Level of profitability' and it's probably just slightly loose journalism but just maybe someone slipped it into the conversation during an interview during an unguarded moment.
We'll know in less than 2 weeks.

ACB, I think that less than 4 years ago there was one single Eve product: the Original double mattress. Compared to those days, the range has grown hugely and whilst there are many 'add ons' to the Original (the Hybrids, the PJs, the bed frames) they're a fundamental part of the turnaround. CC clearly has ambitions to expand way beyond where Eve are now. Look at everything in a bedroom, then it's only a short hop into the bathroom.. the rest of the home..
Bricks and Mortar stores have made fortunes selling things for the home. Why shouldn't it be Eve online now?
The dad of a college friend of mine (late 1980s/90s) turned a big safety company into a top 100 company after they (almost accidentally) picked up a controls manufacturer and the dad saw the potential. He was super-driven type and almost uniquely talented (if not easy to get along with).
If CC is talented enough she will make sure that Eve grow fast, given that they have this opportunity now. It's really down to the person in charge and so-far-so-good with CC. Eve doesn't look to be going bust anytime soon so she certainly has the opportunity to take Eve very far if she has the vision and the energy.
I won't myself pretend to be able to fully understand accounts when they're published but I'll certainly be interested to see if there's more than £8 million in the bank, come Jan 21.

I've just sent a secure message to HL asking if they can organise me being able to buy TLSA in my ISA. They do say that if a foreign share can't be found, one should get in touch.

My wife has quite a few shares in the US and believes that – even in an ISA – the US tax will be 15% on dividends before the rest comes to you free of UK tax.

I was hoping that similar web might have updated for December; they haven’t yet. But out of interest I compared Eve UK with Eve France and very interestingly France is now getting around one third the traffic compared to the UK - so 90,000 visits compared to 269,000 in U.K.

December just overtook October for TP reviews, despite the Christmas break..

Eve sleep up today, and 3 weeks till results which should be their best ever, but still not 100% sure that'll mean a profit.. Anyone buying now and selling before Jan 21 should be guaranteed a decent return; what happens after 21st is a question I ponder a lot!

Every time we have an update I think 'this is the one' and hang on, only to see others sell and the price fall. "Why didn't I sell? It was so obvious." (Mrs Geeman told me to sell this morning; she just doesn't understand..)
This time REALLY could be different couldn't it? I remember ASOS went up 30% on a results day, 18 ? months ago.
On another matter, I did feel quite pleased with myself around a year ago when I bagged for the first time. Sold IKA
Ilika Plc Ordinary for 44p having bought around 22p. I kept it on my watch list. On no particular news it's gone to 210p in December. I got out because it was a gamble but I should've stayed. Could be worth having on your watch lists people? Still a big gamble (slim batteries).
Back to Trading with a capital T; I don't think my track record is good enough :-) Better just hanging in their generally; I'm still debating whether to take a little profit on Jan 20..

The rise is most welcome. I just wish I didn't have to spend most of my waking hours thinking how best to play this around results day..

EU Trade deal must be good for Eve. Assuming it goes through Parliament it will lift considerable uncertainty, especially as Eve is in France too.
TP: First 24 days of December = 7.625 reviews per day; October was 7.258 reviews per day. Obviously extraordinary 'Black Friday' November was not going to be matched by December.
As Comp I points out, DFS online sales up 76% in the 24 weeks to Dec 15 (compared to 2019) and DFS hadn't RNS'd that news in advance of their update. So Cheryl could possibly not have felt the need to RNS a decent or big increase in advance of 21/1/21.
