Hard to keep up and decorate a bedroom.. This could already have been covered or not be an issue but something has been bothering me and an explanation would be appreciated..
From the RNS: 'the MHRA reporting rejection of a filing of a Declaration of Conformity of a SARS-CoV-2 antigen test from Mologic, was an unrelated Mologic antigen test. It was not the Avacta AffiDX® SARS-CoV-2 antigen lateral flow test'
So, the MHRA can – and do – make rejections of applications; being 'accepted' is not a given.

Wyn, I'm not so sure that fees charged by google and amazon are quite the killer now that Eve (and the others) seem to favour the affiliate route to marketing. Of course, I'm biased!

Reads to me as though they didn't actually send the submission..
'resulted in a delay to the MHRA submission which was finally made on 28 May'.
Sounds to me that this could've happened on time; doesn't mention a delay here:
'The Company can confirm that the submission of the Declaration of Conformity has also been made to a Competent Authority in a European Union member state to enable marketing and sale of the AffiDX® SARS-CoV-2 antigen lateral flow test in the EU.'
Perhaps a blue day now that we (more or less) know where we are.

I'm on the 'Perfect 10' telegram group too where people can post about any company they fancy. I see now that there are 17.9k messages I haven't read (some might be people talking about He1!).

Telegram is like What's App, but 'new' and maybe they don't collect so much info on users. Everyone receives a message if someone sends one. I did join the Eve Sleep telegram group and there are people on there who are not on LSE, but some people are on both. I found the pings on my phone distracting so I turned off the alerts – which rather defeats the point. But I guess you could get some important info earlier via telegram.
You have to get the app on your device too.

Thanks for that Wyn. He1 has been very kind, you're right. I've always been in profit. My first (very modest; should've bought more of course) buy was 8p. I'd like to buy more now given what you say about the charts but it would mean selling elsewhere and since I'm not particularly overweight elsewhere, it's tricky. And I have bought 'the other share' at a higher price than it currently stands so am reluctant to take a loss on a small part of what is a very good profit overall.
I don't want to talk about other share too much here but I hope he's like a parent telling white lies (about Santa or the Tooth Fairy, to kids, knowing it's for the best in the long run and all will be well) rather than trying to hoodwink people.

Maybe I'm missing something but for me the most natural place to buy a mattress in online. Yes, a bit of an exaggeration but I almost I feel that bed shops will become like Jessops did, after digital photography arrived. Not many branches of Jessops now. Camera shops always complained that customers would try out in a shop and then go online to buy cheaper. And now people read camera reviews, mattress reviews, and buy online. You can get the feel of a camera in a few minutes; a mattress takes a lot longer, hence the 100 night guarantee.. Before you could buy a bed – and more often a mattress – online, you had no choice which meant Bensons and Dreams were a necessity. But now that you can get a hybrid delivered in a van (similar to a Bensons or Dreams van) why do people need an expensive bricks and mortar showroom to pay for, with lots of business rates and heating? It's not as if any customer – or hardly any – will actually leave with a mattress on the day.
You can still buy a camera at John Lewis and I have bought them there, but I also bought another one on-line from the States as it was cheaper. Jessops are also in competition for the prints with online photo labs (photobox, snappish and boots etc) which is rather like the bedding and accessories that eve offer too.
Anyway, I for one am happy to hold and wait for eve to turn itself around, a process that began a while ago with JS and CC. Hopefully it will pay off soon.

BUT this review stood out:
'After walking into the shop in Dumfries, I was immediately put off, and utterly disgusted at the state of the building. There are multiple ceiling tiles missing and mould all over the walls! It's an complete shambles and looks like a derelict warehouse rather than a retail store.
I am appalled at the fact that those poor girls have to work in a shop, in that condition. I have no doubt they do their best to keep the beds hygienic but I still wouldn't go near one of their beds.
That shop is not fit for customers to be entering, let alone the staff spending all day in that environment'

Not really a fair contest as Dreams are not getting so many reviews but on Trustpilot, many complaints rather than happy folk, but customer satisfaction – Eve 4.5 stars V's Dreams 3.8..
Maybe Dreams felt now was a good time to sell? According to TP reviews, some of their stores need a lot of investment. Eve SP is still just above (for them moment) what is was on Feb 11th, before CBD spike.

So it's for 12 months and as each new month arrives, last year 'loses' a month. As I write, this is the situation for 12 months:
'Total reviews from the past 12 months 3,360'.
So on June 1, 2021, we will lose 197 reviews from June 2020 so I'd expect the running 12 month total to be around 3191.
When we had the last TU (March) the running total had just breached 3000 for the first time. So in 3 months the number of reviews has gone up 6.3%. So that does reflect the increase in reviews more recently as old months fall away. And those old months were already the months that showed the covid boost to eve sales last May / June and that's why they gave the TU this time last year. I take it as encouraging... Is it enough to tip eve into profit though? If the next few months see the running total continue to rise much more, then that has to be good.

FG, I think your reading is absolutely correct but looking back through last year's announcement it said they were giving the TU with the AGM only because of the *unique circumstances* of lockdown – or words to that effect. But it doesn't mean that people might not have expected news as eve could easily have announced something or other.. CBD launch or similar.
If I had spare cash I'd think about buying as the sp will sure to rise into the next TU. There are other opportunities too and people will feel they have a few weeks here with Eve. I do myself.

Danny, you're right, it will probably dip a little but it didn't dip that much after the CBD thing settled and today – and today was *only* the AGM. SP will rise into the next TU which won't be long in being announced; June announcement?
They didn't see the need to release any negative news today either did they, so steady as she goes, knowing that we have more reviews than this time last year, and a good ad campaign in France.

Hi Bermondsey. I don’t have the French v U.K. web traffic link on my phone but they won’t update till June 7 now; maybe people who pay get to read the data earlier than us freeloaders. The advert has aired in France but for less than a month so maybe a bit early to gauge the full impact yet.
Anyway, eve will be announcing a TU before very long assuming they follow their routine. Looking back a few weeks the sp didn’t fall as far as some predicted in a relatively newsless period. All the best all.

Don't Give, I appreciate we should stick to eve generally but, and I've done it myself, sometimes it's good to have an opportunity to ask a Q here about another stock. I've asked Wyn about Avct here as I know he'd get a lot of stick on the actual Avct BB for giving a less-than-rosy view, if that's what he believes. Also, I'm not on the Evgen BB so CI didn't have a chance to reach me there. Maybe the same for W.
The Valetta BB is a very good place for ideas. Lots of experienced people there exchanging tips; it's hard to keep up.

I don't have any spare funds but people have talked of Evgen doing well. Not having any cash means I haven't really focussed on them tbh. There is a very good bb I follow where people discuss many shares; it was an empty BB so didn't annoy anyone when it was taken over! They have discussed Evgen and many others there. I've mentioned Eve there.
