Just had a reply from customer support regarding reviews in France:
'Thanks for your message and great, as always, to see your active support for eve (indeed now also in France). Every review matters when it comes to advancing the eve brand.
For context on why we haven't had a proactive presence in France on Trustpilot, the market preference there is to use Avis Verifies (their review platform equivalent). As an investor who clearly knows a fair bit about us, we're guessing you've seen our presence on that platform with >400 reviews in the past year, with a respectable 9.2/10. As we scale the French market, we're confident that will unlock efficiencies and opportunities to further enhance the customer experience and overtake the competition as a result.

For us, we'd rather not send 2 reviews for different platforms so align with the market preference for AV. However, it's great to also now have Trustpilot option open to customers where they would like to use it. That being said, we won't "claim" the page as the cost to do so is not insignificant, and there will unlikely be many reviews each year to respond to directly.
