CHP - have taken excitement on trust so have topped up my very modest holding to just modest

CHP - the wise investor would have both stocks ..... and also perhaps some ELP at the comparatively low price of 35/36p ..... In the latter case, be prepared to lose 50% if Jaguar does not produce the desired result

CHP - is there anything definitive here or is just lemmings getting their monthly urge?

MRP - clearly I should leave the couintry more often ...... now just need to catch up on CHP to see why that has jumped ..... if AFD also really get up a head of stema that will be like a full house!

ELP - you are bright and early this morning brantley ..... thanks for the info .... have placed my bets with my broker for execution as soon as the market opens .... was too late yesterday. Single Protected Trade - merely educated guesswork, but it (almost) has to be when an order is placed at a fixed (specific) price but it can only be filled in bits and pieces rather than in one transaction.

will certainlyt be going to Bottoms Up on Friday night even if I have to put with my m8's Karaoke of Joe Cocker .... actually he's very good, but have now heard him 3/4 times! ..... will also assuredly give Cyclone a miss unless they have changed the imports .. lol!!

ELP - if you can buy at <36p then this is probably worth a small wager with a view to getting out before 9th March - i.e. before the drilling result is announced.

EOL - company is now a potential t/o target and/or may do soemthing useful with its cash ...... there ahs also been some quite good buying this last hour ..... having missed a small profit, i shall probably just stay put ...... ditto with ukb

PXC - sale of 261,900 shares will have no impact whatsoever on the price ... not even if you added a zero

AFD - was all set to dump these and take a modest profit, but i now see that there is 3x the usual volume ..... perhaps the recent drilling result has now been digested and found to be better than first thought

DOO - 10% fall is pretty dramatic if no news and just profit taking on just 250k traded

MRP - well bigted, i managed to get in this morning at 18p, so i shall hold you personally responsible if i don't make a big pot of money ..... lol! ..... in all honesty, i really have no idea of the ptential for these shares, though certainly this deal they have just signed up looks to be quite significant as long as the gas price holds high.

DOO .... josh - you are the great champion of this company .... any idea, for there seems to be no announcement to have triggered this ...... fortunately none of my money in this share, so just curious.

ELP - you put your money where you like m8 .... if you think ELP is the greatest thing since sliced bread and that the chances of them finding the oil version of Eldorado is 1:4, then put your house on it ..... personally i don't, for reasons that i have already posted ..... however, as the price has now dropped to where i can buy at 36p, or perhaps less, i am considering having a dabble ..... but that is because i think there may be a turn to be made and not because i have changed my fundamental opinion of the company.

RDS (GOLD) - see my post of 16:46 today ..... I think your initial analysis is right .... fortunately (for me!) there has been a bounce back to just over $545 so I keep my fingers crossed that the $540 level will hold ...... if it doesn't, then a sharp correction back to $525 (may be $533 but not sure) could well be on the cards ..... at this point we are getting a bit ahead of ourselves with too many unknowns, but i too suspect that there would be a strong rally from that point ($525/533).

MRP - I think you were spot on ..... would probably have bought some myself, but for CFDs the cap needs to be >£10 million so don't think it would have been do-able. I am afarid i have no idea of the additonal costs involved, though it won't be cheap and for sure the envirnomental boys will monitor the operation very carefully. However, as i said in my first post, best bet may be to buy more than you want to hold long term with a view to trading in/out of the balance ... I think there will be plenty of opportunity for that, just as there has been with vog.

DOO .... actually I think the dirctors dealing to which you referred may still be found on advfn .... what a load of minging contributors there are there! ..... but still think your projections need some sound logic or support to carry weight or even credence
