I have posted plenty on UJO that merits proper debate. But what I cannot stand is a long time ramper (possibly paid) who posts about 200 times a week without really giving any detail to debate. Might as well be posting about her favourite Mary Berry cake recipes as that is akin to what she posts here.

The SP is not going to rise based on what she posts, it'll just annoy honest decent PI's who want to have a decent debate.

And before you ask, you should know that I am invested in UJO and yes I am sat on a loss. So don't be thinking I'm here to deramp or swing trade. I bought in originally to hold for 2 years. So far it's been painful.

My message list is full of green filter notes. I take it that the chief ramper (Heid) is throwing out the bulk of them. How many posts a day, and how many of them are actually useful?

My view : too many posts and NONE are useful.
My answer : I put her in the filter bin a long long time ago. That's where rampers who pollute message boards with nonsense belong.

Is the CEO happy to throw away revenue/ cash flow that would help fund the Loxley Drill? If so, why?

Why is the CEO going back to the market with a further placing to cover Loxley when Kim (HH1) could potentially cover that cost call?

It was not 95% of the vote, it was 95% of the people who could be bothered to vote on the resolutions. In reality it was well short of even 10% of the total shares in circulation!

Ibug is spot on, the DDSPP was purely a response to the effort to have the board voted out. Shame that person did not keep going as they were getting close to 10% I think.

Yet another month passes and the directors (all 3) pass on their commitment to buy shares under the DDSPP.

You have to wonder what excuses they can give.

The RNS was very clear, and why would they make such a commitment, yet all 3 ignore to oblige to their commitments.

Will they go a full 12 months without buying? If so, I think that they should be voted down when it comes to reappointment to their positions. What they have done is quite obvious, is misleading investors the last straw?

Maybe it could be paired up with a tag-team wrestling event.

If Wressle were to produce 750 bopd for 2 years (730 days), with UJO taking a 40% cut and costs of ~$15 per barrel and Brent at $85 ($70 profit per barrel), then:
750 bopd * 730 days * 40% * $70 = $15.3mm or £11.35mm net profit
That's over 2 years.

My point is that £11mm is great over 2 years, but the company needs this to run for a much longer period. The current CPR does not suggest that the reserves will sustain that level of production for a long period. Thus my point, it needs to be a real multi-year operation.

Beware of Heid and her mates who would want folk to think that current rates are a long term certainty. They are not.

Get the CPR from a professional world class outfit, validate production output, and then you'll have a better picture of what Wressle will do in the longer term. Until then, beware those who are known to ramp UJO to the heavens.

Problem is that without an updated CPR, how can the millions be banked on a multi-year basis, and by "multi-year" I am referring to this being 5+ years and not 2 years..
Wressle production is great and so is the cashflow, but it needs to be over a considerable duration, otherwise it's nothing more than a vehicle to pay for the next exploration punt.

Where are they? Must have been tipped the wink to let the SP drop further, then wait for the P&D.
