Yeah, looks like they forgot the RNS yesterday which read:

"With effect from 1 January 2022 the board will also be restructured. Kiran Morzaria will step down as Finance Director and will become a Non-Executive Director. So the Board will be; SS, KM, AllenDH and NickMT. 4 rather than 3, and KM will not be there come Jan; he'll resign his position.

The DDSPP expires June 2022, we very much doubt that any board member will oblige to the published commitment.

All savvy long term researched folks know that this would be the case.

My view, they've not even started shooting the seismic let alone process it. It will be Easter before they start (weather permitting) and then mid 2022 before they get the data. The contingency work in Easter 2023 for which AME will be demanding a rather large briefcase full of £20 notes (as the sidetrack is not included in the $5mm, that's if they ever drill it).

Come on SS, wakey wakey. We know it's cold, but it's not yet December, so put off the hibernation and give shareholders an update on HH. Most notably, update the market on why you have lied about the Kimmeridge. Comingle, my left cheek.

If they had finished shooting the seismic, then SS would be shouting it from the rooftops (via RNS of course).
They have not RNS'd it, they haven't even bothered to provide an update on the timeline.

I doubt that they have even begun the seismic. AME are probably waiting for UKOG to show that they can raise more cash for the contingency works, it's not a free ride for UKOG.

You better hope and pray that the MS Finch case creates a spike.

However, as many already know, that case is plain dumb and the market will have already factored in her losing. So like they say "buy on rumour and sell on fact", The loss by Ms Finch, could quite ironically see a dip in the SP.

You should get down that path, pop in the bushes and try to get some BKP footage, whilst you are at it, see if they have put the cover back on the flare, as to me it looks like they have ceased production. Just a couple of tankers to empty the tanks to provide a facade.
