There is no application to inject water into HH1, that is requested solely for HH2z (i.e. water from HH1 injected into HH2z, different wells).

To my knowledge, there is nothing stopping them from a regulatory perspective, they can switch HH1 from Portland to the Kimmeridge. Doing so would give them dry oil and higher production, that's if the Kimmeridge picked up where it left off (or where they would like people to think it was left off).

So do try again to show a real reason why HH1 is not producing from the Kimmeridge, whether on it's own or comingled together with the Portland?

Ian12, your insults towards me are like water off a ducks back. Your failure to answer the questions I post are an indication of your dislike for hard questions, the answers to which you don't like. As for me being as you accuse, then I'm afraid you are very wrong. Look at my posting history. I am invested in UJO. Furthermore, look further back in my history and you'll see my complete distain for Ms Finch and also my annoyances at SCC on both occasions where they rejected Loxley. I had bought into UKOG historically (my initial entry was to be the first of 3 staged investments into the company); I was fortunate to see through the smokescreen, to use my skills to read between the lines in the "pleased to announce" RNS's, and sold out rather than buying more. Some maybe consider that before you throw such remarks at honest investors who come here for open and honest debate. Maybe you are so far under water that you take an instant dislike for anyone who calls UKOG out for what they are, and for calling SS out for who he is. You already know these truths, or so I would hope, but your financial investment and your pride probably push you to abuse folks like me rather than taking a fall.

But do ask yourself. WHY are they not producing from the Kimmeridge right now? It's dry oil, was flowing 3-4 times that which Portland is at present. As Mulder would say, the answer is out there (and unfortunately it's not UFO's or little green men).

You have to ask why UKOG are not progressing the drills at HH and are instead trying speculative drills elsewhere.

Why has Silent Salmon Slacked Stephen Sanderson given a proper update on the Kimmeridge at HH in > 12 months?

Why are they producing lower volumes of oil from the Portland with a high water cut, when they could be producing dry oil from HH1 instead? What would folks prefer 65 bopd oil + water from Portland or 200+ bopd from the Kimmeridge with no water disposal costs.

Just look at the figures for 200 bopd dry oil versus 65 bopd oil+water disposal.

Come on Silent Steve, you have to share the bad news on the Kimmeridge. He has blatantly misled and misinformed shareholders and the market about the Kimmeridge, no way on this planet would it be shut in if they could produce dry oil in larger quantities than the dribble out of Portland in the same well. So it's about time he owned up to the HH1 Kimmeridge issues and whilst he is at it, own up to the real reasons why they aborted HH2 drill into Kimmeridge.

Money talks, actions that deliver weaker revenues are the clearest indicator that SS has lied time and time again about the Kimmeridge.

While you are at it, where's that CPR?

If the Kimmeridge created a better revenue stream with fewer costs, then is SS doing shareholders a further disservice in not producing from it? After all, how many more placings and cash are needed given the weaker revenue and lower profits from the Portland.

Motivation? I'm sat at my desk, constrained by Covid. Got bored of learning a 3rd language on Duo Lingo, and I like the odd bit of debate, so why not chose UKOG LSE chat board. There's plenty to debate. I do enjoy some of the posters here. It's like a black comedy play with 50+ writers all trying to add some lines here and there. Seriously, once UKOG is a gonner, I'll be struggling to find another stock with as much comedy posts as you see here.

Mirasol, I called Turkey out as a dead duck a long time ago. Was abused for it. But those who questioned my views and ramped it the teeth now find the bare stone cold facts facing them right in the face. No amount of Seismic will deliver a target worth drilling there; it's been a sub-commercial play for a long long time. AME are merely trying to bolster their tiny outputs with a speculative drill that may delivery 60 bopd, for which they get 50% and a free ride on the up-front costs. Find me any junior oiler anywhere in the world that would say no to a free ride, even if the output didn't exceed their own expectations for output. For AME, it's another little uptick in output across their wells in the area, and they need every barrel based on the diminishing returns they are getting from the other wells.

I'm not a big fan of the UJO CEO either, big Dave, but at least he has the decency to answer the phone and speak to shareholders every so often (just wish that wasn't Heid and her cohorts, terrible bunch).

I've also put a few quid into ANGS, another junior oiler. Purely on the back of the plans to bring the Saltfleetby asset back online. But each to their own.

A couple of posts a day here takes but a few minutes of my time, I tend to multi-task a little too much for my sins.

You can judge a company by it's communications.

A good company will communicate at all levels, regulatory, council, social, investors, the market and the general public. That does not necessarily mean that they are a great investment, but at least it demonstrates that they are operating on a transparent basis and provide all the facts and details about their business/enterprise.

A bad company may report nothing other than that which they are legally obliged to do.

In some cases, they may actually misinform, lie, hide bad news or worse (e.g. defraud). Just look at that Elizabeth Holmes at Theranos or Allen Stanford at Stanford International Bank.

As for Salmon Slacks at UKOG. I do hope that he reads this board and that the other directors do too. Why do they report minimal updates? Why do they shy away from investor calls and interviews? Why don't they report the bad news when it lands? Why does every RNS include the "pleased to announce"? Why do they same directors not buy shares (other than 1 month worth under the DDSPP)?

You see, it's a clear red marker in my opinion. A huge red marker. The lack of communications is but the tip of the iceberg. One's mind does boggle at the thought of what they truly know and what they withhold. I do also wonder how long they can operate on the basis that they are, surely there is some remnant of a soul left from a younger age when maybe they had principles that were against fat cats and favoured responsibility to society.

This is not about gas and oil, it's not about profit and loss, this is a test of their very basic human nature. And I'm afraid, based on the last 2 years, their story is not stacking up very well. The leave themselves open to this criticism through their basic failure in acting with integrity and with responsibility to the shareholders.

Don't take my word for it, go think about it, read about it, discuss it with your mates.

Pboo clearly underwater. I have him blocked on LSE, but seen him on Twitter defending UKOG to the hilt. I have no interest in debating anything with him, he's as biased as a football fan who loves his club more than his pet dog.

All that rain water, cannot be cheap to truck away. The Global Warming paradox playing out at dinky HH; they want oil, but the weather change appears to be bring more rain. Salmon slacks must be banging his head on the door, maybe not as there is no evidence to suggest that he's woken from his winter hibernation (despite the record temps). Can't be long now as his cryogenic tube is kicked into life by the "cash shortage" alert, which needs him to trigger the next "pleased to announce" Placing RNS.

Surprised that Salmon Slacks didn't RNS it last week, but then again he usually hides bad operational news in the week between Xmas and NY.

As for the Blackhorse badger drinking dipstick on Twitter, the reason why BKP did a run on bank holiday Monday was almost certainly due to them having a full schedule, and yes I would expect UKOG to have to pay a premium for their services on a BH. It's not because they had an emergency requirement due to the volume of oil, it's just a simple case of bad planning on their part to organise the logistics (which a 12 year old could plan). How much does that say about UKOG, new standards of taking the eye of the ball in that they couldn't even bother to book in the BKP boys to ship a weeks worth of oil from their teeny weeny storage capacity on site that is designed to hold teeny weeny volumes for weekly haulage.

Revenue stream is weak, especially as water treatment and disposal costs cut deep into the profits from the sale of crude.

Apart from HH, then is only a trickle of cash from Horndean.

But then they have massive cost overheads at the company level, and huge cash calls for 2022, especially if they plan to do anything at Loxley, or with HH2z, or in dead duck land.

As for your reply, I do scrutinise what you post and back you up on what you have posted. Nothing there that hasn't been RNS'd.

As for Turkey, Ozzy called me a liar because I called Turkey out as a dead duck. Well I called that before the RNS in early August. That RNS clearly detailed that AME had to recover the drilling assembly, lovely fishing trip. That same RNS also clearly stated that the well was not suitable for onwards drilling and that a sidetrack was required, it also detailed that seismic was needed. Well you can call me a liar if you want, but as I stated before, that Basur-3 drill is a dead duck, was always going to be a dead duck. AME knew it but took the UKOG coin and made a little profit on that I'm sure. I bet AME cannot believe their luck to have a free ride on a ping the tail on the donkey effort

On another note, how many "The company is pleased to announce ... " starts to a RNS can you endure in a year that is arguably the worst in UKOG's history?

Why has the CEO not updating shareholders on the Kimmeridge? In answer to your earlier question, I am very interested in the Kimmeridge! HH1 was producing decent amounts from it before it was shut-in. Why would they now only produce from the Portland? Portland = water cut + disposal/treatment costs. Kimmeridge = dry oil and higher production.

If they switched back to the Kim and the figures were decent, then I'd expect to see a nice spike in the SP, good enough to get a placing away maybe. But if the CPR then showed some form of commercial viability, then I'd be very interested. The Portland is a short-term play, it'll soon (<2 years) cease production. UKOG have no other assets of any value, just large overheads, so the Kim is the kill/make single factor. Park all that nonsense about green/hydrogen, it's a ruse.

Adrian, the reason why you had to buy in small batches is because the MM's are not confident enough to load up with shares to sell into a nose-dive. Easier for them to buy and sell in small chunks, keeps the risk low. If you could buy £10k in one batch that would show confidence in the MMs, but you couldn't.

If you think that Adrian is there all the time and if you think that he only posts the "truth", then you need to take a refresher course on "FOTH and his pipedream swing trading agenda". For all we know there have been as many waste as there were crude tankers.

TH2, you should note that it is NOT just the Loxley decision that impacted the SP. It has been bad news story after bad news story. UKOG are practically worthless. HH is close to permanent shut in. Turkey is a dead duck. Loxley is nothing more than a massive Placing opportunity (which they'll not get away). UKOG may just about be able to cover the plugging and abandonment costs at BB through the sale of the equipment that they have at HH. It really is an utter dog of a share.

The placing is coming because UKOG are running very low on cash, certainly insufficient funds to operate post March 2022 by my reckoning. Do your own math, do your own review of the interim results and burn rate. You may reach the same conclusion.

SS buying a few shares does not change the UKOG position, but it does seemingly suggest that he's trying to create some interest in the stock.

Question to SS: Why pass over the opportunity to buy in the first 6 windows only to do it now? What was the SP back in July?

That's it for me this week. I've spent a massive 2 hours across the last few days reading content from users that are not blocked. I'll not be buying UKOG stock in a million years, that's unless the CEO and his mates are moved along and replaced by a board that understand that they do have a responsibility to the shareholders.
