Tranquillo, I invested a lot of time and research in UKOG and at one point was invested with a small sum. It is nothing more than a few minutes a day to read the odd post here, I have plenty of dipsticks on filter.

As for my investments, in the junior oilers sector, I have OEX, UJO and ANGS. None of which I consider to be long term holds.

As for UKOG, how anyone can invest in a company where the CEO blatantly refuses to give meaningful data rich updates and refuses to do interviews and investor calls, well, they can only blame themselves. It's a trading opportunity at best.

And No, before you ask, I am NOT short on UKOG. That option is not open on the CFD provider I use.

FYI, in my role I work alongside some very senior execs. I do not work with postmen, curtain makers or fire extinguisher testers. As a result I am used to conversing with educated professionals with thoughtful insights and outward thinking. See if you can grasp the concept "outward thinking". Nah, maybe not. Stick to drinking Badgers, talking nonsense about how 75 bopd is "transformational", and supporting the CEO who is better at hiding than Anne Frank.

Bang on ZYX098. UKOG really messed up when letting AME go with a shot in the dark drill into an unmapped play. They have a very very limited chance of getting a sidetrack drilled from the abandoned drill, I would not call it a well right now, it is an abandoned drill, they did not reach target depth and clearly hit difficulties with the geology, a sidetrack from that abandoned drill is a near zero chance opportunity.

Like you point out, they had an arrangement on that first drill, it failed, a completely new effort in a different location will have their legal folks running round in circles, and AME being AME you can count on them expecting $5mm to cover the next effort.

Personally I think all cash ploughed into the abandoned drill will be written off by UKOG, just as they did with the cash spent at BB. Utter waste of PI cash that SHOULD have been spent drilling HH3/HH4 into the Portland/Kimmeridge in my opinion.

UKOG still chasing the 50% share of <100 bopd dream in a dead play in Turkey. Now why is that? As folks can see, the red tape may be a minor issue in Turkey, but that hasn't prevented delays galore, and what would a lifestyle CEO want?

I do recall the ramp squad making similar claims for the last 2 years.
Just check their historic posts.
As for the 0.15p next stop, that is a terrible claim.
It is more likely to go 0.07p with a placing.
Just check the history of UKOG and the stream of placings, check their accounts (good luck because they make analysis quite awkward and you should understand why that is).

Place your bets, spin that wheel. You'd be mad to take any not of the wild claims of Ocebot and his mates, some of which are long term promotors of this dog of a share.

May take a month or two, but in my view the sale is 80% likely to proceed, to whom it is not yet clear.
Progress on site is decent, but these things are nearly always late on delivery.
If they get the "taps" back on before the sale, then the buyer could end up losing out on the value on offer right now.
So, do these prospective buyers stick or twist?

I'm invested solely on the premise that the sale will go ahead and I am predicting 1.5p by Easter. That would mark a healthy 60% return for me.

If SFB goes to pot, then I would be very very concerned, ANGS be left with decom costs for SFB, but also at Balcombe and Brockham. Not sure how they could pay for those, hence my view SFB is make or break and moderate to high-level from a risk perspective.

This RNS is one of those last ditch attempts by SS to get a spike in demand to help him get a placing away. KM is still "in the house" and will surely be helping their mates to a nice 15% profit on the placing, it'll be discounted and forward sold into this spike.

Seen it 10+ times over the last 3 years, the MO is known to all who have their eyes open.

I was wrong on my prediction for a placing in Jan, but my figures still show that they will run out of cash for UK overheads by end of March 2022.

As for the RNS, yes it did say sufficient funds were available for the sidetrack and seismic processing. But as is the norm with UKOG< it is what was not written that counts. Did they make any statements about the UK operational overheads being covered, or the funds for HH2z being available. Any statement about 2022 plans? Not a jot, and if they were fully funded to cover UK overheads in 2022, then why would they not add that into the RNS?

SS is doing the usual. Avoiding interviews, dodging all the real questions.

Yet fans of UKOG get excited about a drill in Turkey that has already shown it to be a dead duck. All this fuss for a best case scenario where they get 50% of 50 bopd after any initial flow rates decline to the average for the nearby field.

Board hiding away - yes
Kimmeridge dead - yes, but don't tell them your name Pike.

I see ZERO responses from any Uber Rampers to my earlier questions on the Kimmeridge, and that is quite simply because they do not want to be drawn into a debate on the ONLY prospect that can turn UKOG around. Portland at HH is not going to do much for the company, already nearing the point where it'll completely water out (take a look at Brockham historical production figures for a very nearby example of Portland recovery). Turkey is a dead duck. Loxley is a facade for a huge placing.

All that leaves is Kimmeridge at HH, and the uber rampers cannot explain why SS has gone into full incommunicado mode!

I see some folks conversing with Pete Boo****. Do yourselves a favour, follow my lead, stick him right in the filter bin. That's where he belongs, just like Heid and Ozzy. They add no value to discussion, they fall into the categories of; Uber Rampers, Bullies or Stock Lovers.

For instance, take my posts on the Kimmeridge last week and the lack of updates from the CEO who is desperate to cover up the actual status of the Kimmeridge that was supposedly "transformational". The only thing it has done is transform UKOG from being a potential mid-cap player into a full-on lifestyle company.

I'm not going to take these folks out of my filter bin, as they have shown historically that they cannot answer a straight question. But for others, here goes:

WHY HAS UKOG/SS NOT GIVEN A MEANINGFUL OPERATIONAL UPDATE ON THE KIMMERIDGE AT HH, AND SPECIFICALLY WHAT COSTS ARE INVOLVED/BUDGETTED FOR THE HH1 TO COMINGLE PRODUCTION FROM PORTLAND AND KIMMERIDGE, AND WHAT IS THE TIMETABLE FOR THAT TO NOW BE COMPLETED AS THEY ARE OVER 12 MONTHS LATE ON THE LAST PLANNED CO-MINGLE.??

Is long overdue.

Why is the company withholding market sensitive news? They are mandated to release any sensitive updates to the market.

Why have they not dual-completed HH1 to comingle Portland and Kimmeridge as laid out in RNS?

They cannot blame Covid for this delay, and if there is an operational or technical reason to delay then they should state what that reason is.

Otherwise, it's a case of what is unwritten and the lack of updates that drives the truth. In this instance it is either (a) the well is screwed up downhole, or (b) the downhole pressure is insufficient to produce oil.

Then consider why they opted against deepening HH2 into the Kimmeridge as per their original intent prior to putting the sidetrack (HH2z) into the Portland within that well. Why did they scrap the HH2 deepening and logging? They cannot say that it was merely a case of time or funding, after all the premise for the HH2 drill was always that it was going to extend into the Kimmeridge, thus is MUST have been planned and budgeted for.

The distain shown by the CEO and by the board of directors to shareholders and to the market is a disgrace.

Look at the outcomes at BB, complete failure.
Look at the planning statement for Loxley, Kimmeridge is sub-commercial at BB and at HH.

So where is the update, why the silence?

If you don't like this post, then bad luck, it's on here for debate as the Kimmeridge was supposedly Transformational for UKOG and they have not informed the market or shareholders as to it's status in their only operational well at HH.

They need to be mindful that water ingress can be fatal for oil production. It's not just a case of getting a relatively stable water cut, it's more important to understand where that water is originating from versus the oil that is being recovered. If the locality of the oil being recovered stretches further and further from the well bore, but the water does not, then it could easily do a role reversal where oil becomes a small cut. That's very common in offshore where the water cut is considerably higher than oil in many many wells.

Why would you want to base any decisions on meme based twitter posts by someone who has consistently lost money on oil trades. Just asked her about RMP, UKOG, AAOG, and now UJO. Its a good list of failures.

As for UJO, I have just sold some of my holding, I doubled up a few weeks back and have now traded that back in for a very small loss. I think UJO are a decent prospect, but it is not floating my boat in the short term. I've popped some into OEX and ANGS, but only a small amount as I can see both delivering news short-term, whereas it could be a while before anything significant from UJO lands.

The rampers don't know how to read accounts and they certainly don't know how to do math.

Wild claims about HH making big profits and filling coffers, and not needing placing for HH2z conversion.

A question for the rampers, Do you think UKOG had convert the current HH2z well to water injector with nothing more than a crane, some sticky back tape and some blu-tack? The truth is that it will take a lot more than that, will take weeks to complete with expensive kit and expensive resources. UKOG don't have the cash for it, right now, they are looking unlikely to get past end of March before they run out of cash.

As I've said many times, read the accounts, do the math, and see where you get. Crude price increase has helped them massively in the last 3 months.

Placing coming v soon. Of that I am 100% confident.

As for revenues, why haven't they switched the Kim back on, that would give them dry oil and higher volumes, that could give them the increased revenue and elimination of water treatment/disposal costs in the short term. Would be great to see 200 bopd dry oil from the Kim right now. ---- The answer is that the CEO does not want to make any comments on the Kimmeridge as they have either (a) screwed the well downhole, or (b) found that the downhole pressure is rubbish given the geology. To support (b), did they not have downhole pressure sensors installed to give them the data to help establish when they "could" return to the Kim?

You can read plenty of expert views on cost of living crisis, and on the global oil market, I'd personally ignore those that use photoshop to put together meme-based ramp campaigns.
