I did not say that I was short on UKOG. I was asked how to go short, I provided links to 2 providers that I have used in the past.

Will UJO use some of the cash proceeds from production to buy back stock or maybe a cheeky dividend? Worst case, it goes towards costs at other assets, all offsetting the need for further placings. Bring that CPR on for Wressle, TW can eat cake.

Look back at 10th Dec 2020, RNS detailing that they had applied for 3 other licenses in Turkey.
Strange that they released an RNS on the anniversary to reveal that they had failed with those applications (that's despite it being in the public domain for months!)

That RNS this morning was a joke, limited detail and no real meat on the bones. PI's and the market want to know the specifics.

When will the seismic be done, give a date?
How much cash is required, they want to know more than whether it is funded or not?
What specific issues did they hit with the drill?
What is the output of these analogous AME wells, what's the initial rate, drop-off rate, current rates?
What do they truly expect out of B3-S?
Too much flannel and not enough fact and not enough commitment!

I'm not promoting here, I do use City Index and ETX Capital. Both offer excellent CFD services.
I'd not recommend CFD's for the novice, it's incredibly risky.
I'm not going to reveal whether I have a CFD open on UKOG or for how long, but if I did, then I'd have followed all the rules and not broken any of them (cheeky nod to the idiots in Downing Street there).

Do take professional advice on CFD's, they are not for everyone.

Am I short on UKOG, you will never know. AM I long on UKOG, no and that will never happen.

In my opinion.
SS will struggle to get a placing away to cover the UK overheads, Turkey may be funded, "may" in my opinion, there will be contingency costs despite what they've reported today, mark my words.

As for Loxely and HH2z, not to forget BB abandonment, UKOG have no cash for these. Loxley is a pipe dream, HH2z is a MUST do, and BB is a MUST do.

I can't see them being afloat this time next year. It really is the beginning of the end for this oiler that has served well to fund the lifestylers on the BOD that has been celebrated with more confetti than anything I've ever witnessed before.

Can SS raise £10mm to cover HH2z, Loxley and UK operating overheads for 2022?
Is the reason why KM is stepping aside a reflection of the challenge in raising that cash?
Will Turkey deliver on a par with the other AME assets in close proximity? If so, UKOG could be banking a whopping 50% share of 50bopd should their efforts to pin the tail on the donkey come good. Whoop whoop.

16 trades since open. Feels like the MM's are happy to let this one bounce around. Would not take much to create a massive sell off. Just waiting for the Confetti RNS to drop with the usual discounts. A placing RNS for £1.5mm would see the SP drop to sub 0.09p in a flash. Go check the accounts, check the regularity of placings and you may reach the same conclusion as me.

I think SS was hoping for the Loxley news, then a placing on the back of that to "pay for Loxley", but would actually be use to pay for UKOG overheads for the next 6 months, with another placing needed to cover the rest of the Loxley costs.

Guess SS is happy chomping on mince pies for the time being, he's not a shareholder and never will be.

It's been said time and time again here. Why has SS covered up the real Kimmeridge story? Why no HH2 drill into the Kim, why no comingled production, why not switch back to Kim and shut-in Port on HH1 as Kim had higher output and dry oil (when last in production), etc, etc, etc. Why no HH3 drill into the Kim, they could have used the Turkey dead duck cash to drill that!

The rampers don't want to answer these questions. Indeed some call me a liar, others have blocked, but it's a simple set of questions isn't it! The answers are equally simple; the Kimmeridge at HH is dead, I wouldn't be surprised if UKOG damaged the well and cannot produce from it.

All in my opinion, but when a company turns down higher revenues (higher output) and lower costs (dry oil) with what should be a simple switch from Portland to Kim, then there must be a very very good reason. In this case, my opinion is that they have killed the well down hole.

The Blackhorse Badger Drinking Dipstick would have folks think that UKOG could just push the gas into the local ESSO pipeline, maybe switch it from oil to gas as and when they need to.

That's the kind of dross the dipstick dreams up. Putting new stickers on fire extinguishers makes him an expert in most things.

Another month drifts by and the directors ignore their obligation to buy into the stock. How can they justify this?
The scheme ends mid-2022, why would they set it up if they already knew that they each had mitigating personal circumstances to defer them buying? They cannot seriously go an entire 12 months and all renege on their obligations can they? If they do, then that is a testimony to them misleading investors and the market; this merits a proper audit/review by the FCA as it's clearly a case of lying to investors. At some point they MUST buy into the scheme, or forever will they be known to be misleading liars, and that's a fact.

6 months = zero buys. 6 more to go.

Meaning that 1 for Crude and 1 for waste. How much does that waste cost to process? Looks like HH is still losing money hand over fist.
