UKOG were doomed by the failure at BB. That was the acid test, and the moment it went Pete Tong signalled the slow death. Portland at HH will only provide so much and certainly not sufficient to keep a company with ridiculous overheads in business.

It's been failure after failure, and the CEO has been found wanting on all fronts. Fact that he refuses to do interviews and refuses to do proper investor calls speaks volumes. The CEO is hiding, knowing that the assets and the company are now nothing more than a ponzi scheme.

As they are no longer just UK focused, then maybe they'll take the UK out of UKOG, replace it with something more akin to their new global status and Divested strategy... Maybe "Divested Oil and Gas"

We all knew that the placing was coming, that is despite Sando saying that they had funds to take them into Q4 of 2022.
Even with this £1.25mm, they do not have enough cash to cover the drill in Turkey, and certainly not enough to cover Loxley.

They placed for £1.25mm because they probably had a push back when asking for more. The stock has almost certainly been forward sold with a nice % for their partner!

As for Turkey, that'll need $5mm, and as for Loxley, they will not get a partner, EVER! So they will need £5mm for a drill+EWT, that is unlikely to happen as UKOG will surely go into administration once the Turkey joke fails.

This is heading sub 0.07p before kids go back to school and 0.05p before Xmas. My CFD is looking very good right now, but I'm still after a few more peanuts for my low risk strategy.

It's nigh on 3 years since he bought shares, and it was close to the current SP back then.
He should show some commitment and buy in, should be £50k worth.

Loxley, LMAO. At least Hunt did not get through to a leadership head to head this time. SO Loxley not completely dead yet, but alas, SS will deliver more dust if they ever drill Loxley, and that is a huge IF, because they do not have the funds do drill + EWT, and the market has turned cold to UKOG. How will their placing buddies get the volume to make their 15%? UKOG have nothing, absolutely nothing to generate volume, and they need that volume for the placing. Turkey is a dead duck, the first well is useless, and they need shed loads of cash for a new well, again, that is cash that they do not have.

So pray tell, how can UKOG raise cash for Turkey and Loxley when they have no news to generate volume? I'll tell you what SS will try, he'll try and find another prospect (hydrogen storage failed to generate volume), so next he'll try the USA card. Anything, but anything to get a placing away as they are burning cash at a serious rate and he'll want paying for another couple of years before retiring.
