Will be keeping a close eye on the stock later this year, but for now, my cash is better off elsewhere. I doubt that they will tweet ahead of the RNS now. It's all market sensitive news from this point on and despite the likes of Musk ignoring regulations, most will follow protocol.

I watched the original and the re-run of the Loxley application at SCC.

There is one specific individual that should count himself lucky not to be facing further scrutiny. I'm referring to the chap in the first session that could not get his microphone to work and instead adopted the use of a thumbs up/thumbs down response when asked by the chair on his support for the rejection of the application.

The guy voted in support of the motion to reject the application, but it was clear to me that he did not know what the question was and was prompted twice by the chairman to confirm he was voting to support the rejection.

Then fast forward to the re-run and the same bloke voted in support of the application, that was despite zero changes to the application. SO what changed his mind? Or was he just simply too dumb to understand the motion in the first session?

I suspect it was the latter; he was simply too dumb. And therein lies one of the key issues with county councillors; not only are they heavily influenced by NIMBYISM, they are in many cases just too dumb to understand the context of the application.

That guy having made that mistake (in my opinion through his dumbness) helped put a huge amount of coin into the pockets of legal folks. Loxley should have been approved 11-0 based on the planning officers notes and recommendation as backed up by the agencies (e.g. Highways) consulted on the matter.

National planning matters should never be entrusted to idiot councillors!

Turkey is dead, it was dead before it started.
They didn't even manage to reach TD with the first drill.
They decided to drill into the geology without proper seismic, that's really unprofessional and shows a level of incompetence that only SS could oversee.
They may push for more cash for a 2nd drill in Turkey, but it'll be a complete waste of cash, that region is a dead duck, it may dribble a couple hundred bopd out of several wells, but the ratio of dusters to dribblers is not good.
