I'd like to see GL comment on this in his next interview, didn't see it covered in the one last week. If they do go with share buy back, then how much do you think they'll purchase? 5%, 10%, 15%, more? The debt will be gone in 3 months, after that, the revenue and profits will be very very large, reward the shareholders with Divi or buy-back, I don't mind which. :-)

The revenues for ANGS are going to blow the doors off, annual revenues will be greater than the MCAP and this is for a gas play that has many many years to produce.

Everyone knows that Wressle was only ever going to be a shorter term play, the cash generation was well received and hats off to UJO and their partners in what they have achieved there. But no amount of shouting from the rooftops from a serial rainbow chaser who loves meme based cr@p on Twitter will change the figures in the updated report. It's a short term play at Wressle, everyone can see that, including Mr Market.

West Newton was the potential game changer, but that fell flat on it's face. The fracking options would be interesting, but the cost to go back there and the time needed to assess and test such options is a case of several years not several months.

UJO is a gamble now, the SP will slid slowly into the 20's then the 10's as the news on new asset development will be very very very slow. Much better bets elsewhere right now, I'll come back to UJO in 3+ years time, see how things are developing at West Newton.

The bigger questions are:
1) So does that mean that UKOG can frack without the need for approvals from county councils and regulatory bodies? -=== NO, and the application and approvals take years and they'd need to go to the planning inspectorate time after time to appeal as the likes of SCC will never pass an application to frack.

2) Does UKOG actually have any assets that would benefit from Fracking? === NO, as previously stated by SS< the Kimmeridge is naturally fractured, fracking may actually hard the formation which runs freely (albeit only for a few days before it starts to deplete rapidly). HH Portland play needs pressure support not fracking and SS has not delivered on that despite it being ~2 years since they said it would be delivered. LMAO.

3) Does UKOG have any cash to do anything in the UK? Big fat NO! They barely have sufficient cash to pay for Turkey, the £ to $ exchange rate is killing them. The $5mm per well is now a lot more £££££'s that it was 2 years ago. But fear not, it'll be snowing there soon and that means SS gets to kick the can down the road until May, by which time they'll be out of cash again and need yet another placing to drill a duster in the dead duck play in Turkey. Everyone knows Turkey is a dead duck, but SS still manages to get morons to buy shares in this lifestyler.

And then the XR folks posting here will try to find a new negative.

Check out the figures and extrapolate out the reality of what Wressle now has to deliver. Sure it's a great short term money earner, but a long term produce it is not. Am afraid that the MCAP of UJO is a tad high given what Wressle can deliver from a PI's perspective. There'll be no divi's and UJO now needs further investment in other very expensive assets to produce something of any strategic relevance. It's that simple. The SP will slide to sub 25p by end of Oct, maybe sooner.

A question posed here a few times, and it'll not go away.

I'm now of the opinion that they will sell, but it has to be for the right amount.

I'm sure that there is interest from some larger players now, the big question is what sort of deal do ANGS need and what would be fair value and how much would Mercuria settle for in the hedge arrangement? Or would a major player simply buy ANGS out in full?

Has GL answered this question in the last few weeks or not? Their actions speak louder than words and the slowdown in Tweets has me wondering why.
