They don’t need a last minute sale. They’re bankrupting the PLC whilst ALL the operational assets / subsidiaries remain active and excluded from the whole scam.

So the debtors keep the business fully functioning, the Criminals get a 35m pay off and the shareholders get foo*ed.

What baffles me is that this is allowed. Not that it’s happening, that’s been obvious for far too long.

Not a legal expert but this baffles me. Put the PLC into administration and fu** over the shareholders but the actual company (operating company / assets) remain functional and making ££’s
