Simple answer…… No to selling them now as they are suspended. If and when they are allowed to trade again then they should do ok. You’re looking at waiting until sanctions are eased or lifted which will only come with some solution in Ukraine / Russia problem.

Just need to be patient.

A UT is just matching up any buys and sells that meet the same price requirement. Ie someone wants to sell at X and someone wants to buy at X. It’s not just a buy or a sell.

So it’s as many buys as sells.

Doesn’t impact the SP.

Although it’s a good indicator if the UT is at the higher price range (as it was today), and marked here as a buy. If it was marked as a sell it just means the price was on the lower range.
