With Frasers (MA) only being the 3rd largest shareholder I am pretty confident the two above him wouldn´t be letting him force the company into administration. Also shareholders 4 to 10 are huge institutions with sizeable holdings. Be far too big a battle for him to even attempt it.

Santander UK has no branch in the EU. They are a separate company from Santander Spain etc
