Aren’t all the operating assets under crown already (which itself sits under CINE PLC?

If not they’re transferring them to Crown and they’ll probably keep the name Cineworld for the cinemas as a brand name only

I’m still a little confused how a US court can make all of these decisions regarding a UK PLC.

Appreciate they now have to go through the process in the UK for administration but as it’s a UK PLC I would have thought that’s where it should have all been dealt with.
