Bilbo, do you have any evidence for that line of thinking? 7 million shares is £840 000 at today's prices, true cost to company £280 000 since no new issues, as far as rewards go that's not ridiculous considering that it was likely given in recognition of efforts to put us where we are based on technical competence and (much more difficult imo) marketing and sales and negotiations that gets other people to buy our kit

It is going to key people who are responsible for the success we have and hopefully continue to enjoy, SEE are amongst a few players that created a product for a market that didn't exist until now, they are not issuing any new shares so what's the problem

There don't appear to be any/enough short positions to profit from a squeeze, even if there were given that most are long any movement down would be limited and given the share price and volumes you'd have to risk serious money to make it worthwhile, I just can't see the risk reward on shorting this stock compared to many others, nonsense

IG has listed 99% long, Castilian capital tracker has no listing for short positions on SEE, shortdata.co.UK flat out states there are no short positions on SEE

Only if you're thinking as a short term trader compared to an investor, long term that's just bonkers

Boonboon, while its a good report, 15p is a ridiculous evaluation as fleet, air and other revenues take off from guardian and more OEMS come on board

Interesting video, digitisation and sensor technology fusion is leading the ADAS revolution, the OEM's are trying to play catchup, i guess it will be to cars what smartphones were to old mobile phones, any notions that SEE is somehow out of the fight is a ridiculous call at at this stage

Alex8 I meant in terms of preferred collaboration in breaking into a new market , Its not meant as a generalisation for all business activities but the Japanese, like the Chinese and the french have preferred local companies for collaboration (with globalisation i accept that is blurred) that's why I don't think their tie up with fotonation or fujitsu spells disaster for SEE there is no monolithic world company plenty of room for others like SEE

Alex8 you are right to raise this but it doesn't mean SEE is finished it means the market is hotting up and competition is about to get fierce, I imagine volatility will rise but the fact is in a year we have doubled our share price and held that's shows something in of itself, expect acquisitions and consolidation as NCAP/EU report and competition starts to fight for top place its a big world plenty of room for a few key players

That's just a play for market share, do denzo provide any products to american or German OEM's and vice versa, they chose Fujitsu for their cloud DMS monitoring not amazon or any other cloud companies their are regional loyalties especially amongst Japanese companies that doesn't mean other OEM's will go to them or that they will capture market share

Fonzoo i agree and I think SEE is going to be great, but there are other factors that's why gave the betamax example

I don't understand why people get so heated over this SEE is a high risk play, the risk being that we lose all our money, the reward ( why some of us are invested) is stratospheric returns in excess of FTSE or s&p yearly average of 10% over 20 years Facebook dropped to $10 now 16x that Netflix is 35x bigger than it was in 2013 that's why I'm into SEE not DENSO or mobile eye the probability (and hope) of potential success
