RE: What has happened1 Aug 2020 17:45
Much as I feel greatly aggrieved by the way the company has blatantly lied to it's shareholders and after 7 years of loyal support, I vetoed my 20 million shares at the last EGM, that have on paper , I must add, lost me over £300k. However after some consideration I think it is futile and would be cutting off my nose to spite my face if I vetoed the resolutions at this EGM. The board will do what the board will do, they will always engineer this so that they and their mates line their pockets, we are merely shark s h i t. But there is a very slim chance and I say very slim chance that Louis will pull something off if he is given the headroom to do it. One thing he has got is dogged determination and for that reason alone, it's worth one last chance. Remember this is AIM and anything can happen, so frankly I have nothing to lose, basically heads or tails now.
Louis, I know you read these, so please.... Just tell us honestly, WTF is the strategy now?, where are all these world class partners you keep promoting? where is Wimmer and his US$900m when you need him?, and quite frankly, with all these world class partners, surely if any of the African projects were worth a buck, they'd be straight in there.... wouldn't they? A bit of honesty please, or your shareholders will drive this company into the wall, and don't for one minute blame us. This is 100% down to you and the board.
