I don't believe BP is operating strategically or financially in the same arena as it was when it was last down at those levels, and putting aside the obvious distractions at the moment. Yes it will bounce around, but i'd be very surprised to see the SP anywhere near a 4 in the near to mid future . IMO

95 isn't a European phenomenon , evrey pump in the UK has 3 differnt fuel types clearly written on the pumps, Deisel, 95 otherwise known as unleaded or E10 and 98 unleaded premium orE5 and usually has a name like Ultimate E10 has 5% more Ehanol than E5

95 is as Lee explained contains more additives and is suitable for most petrol vehicles, whereas 98 contains less additives for higher performance engines and gives improved fuel consumpt ion on all vehicles, but that is a dubious claim.
