Pan African is pleased to advise shareholders that the Company has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire the entire issued share capital of Blyvoor Gold Operations (Pty) Ltd (Blyvoor Operations) from Blyvoor Gold (Pty) Ltd (the Transaction
and on the 30th Jan 2020
Katoro has entered into a binding conditional agreement to form a 50/50 unincorporated joint venture ('JV') with Blyvoor Gold Operations (Pty) Ltd ('Blyvoor') and its holding company, Target Mine Consulting (Pty) Ltd ('Target' and, together with Katoro and Blyvoor, 'the JV Partners').
Katoro Loan to the JV
Pursuant to the Agreement, Katoro is to provide a ZAR15.0 million loan (approximately £790,000) to the JV ('the Katoro Loan Facility'), which will fund ongoing development work on the Project, with a first payment of ZAR5.0 million (approximately £263,000) ('the Initial Tranche') due to be paid by 3 February 2020 ('the Initial Tranche').
The JV Partners may drawdown the balance of the Katoro Loan Facility, being ZAR10.0 million (approximately £527,000) ('the Additional Tranches'), as required prior to completion of project level financing. All amounts drawn down constitute a loan to the JV by Katoro and are provided on the terms outlined below.
I'm f*****g lost, how can PAF enter a conditional agreement with Blyvoor Gold Operations (Pty) when KAT has a binding conditional agreement already in place and drawn down up to ZAR15 million already.
Some serious explaining required, which of course we won't get.
you're right, well over bid being offered
good old AIM , w*****s
might just be about to pay off.. only 60% to go
1. demographics
2. weather, covid prefers cold weather
3. health of population, the west are predominantly fat f******s
4. travel, we just keep passing it amongst us
5. gregariousness of the west
not that i'm an expert, and probably completely wrong
Jax, you are such a clown. Why would someone with such a small worthless holding in Kibo spend so much time on the BB's of a 3 related KIBO businesses berating the CEO.
Do you also think that shareholders who are actually invested in these businesses , think for one minute that anything that you spout out, is of any consequence or importance or based on any research... LMFAO.
There's only one t w a t around here and that is you. Perhaps those on here who applaud and like your posts should question your agenda first.
He'll be gone soon, unacceptable behavior.
Here here Henry.... serious question?
Why should the old subsidise the young? In the main, we, ( and I'm not that old , still working and paying 50% tax) worked since I was 17, never taken a penny in benefits all my working life, had a mortgage since 21 and now paid off. Contributed to a private pension also since 17. Do I owe anyone anything? no i don't. Should I get back something for all my contributions,? yes I should. Should I be able to pass my inheritance onto my children? yes I should.
Do I feel it is wrong to believe that the younger generation should also contribute before they take. No I bloody don't.
be interested to see what K Oz makes of this,
Not true again, get your facts right then people might listen to you bullsh*t
Capacity Market contract worth £60,000/annum (starting October 2021) for 15 years providing value enhancement of £900,000 before Retail Price Index ("RPI") upward adjustment.
must be another bargain placing, eh Jax ?
Don't think so.
1 Lets call an EGM
2 Remove Louis
3 Elect Jax as the CEO !!!
You know it make sense as he has so much experience in this sector and business in general, it's a win win
T W A T
What has Christian got to do with it ? you mean the CEO..
I did laugh at Louis being referred to as effervescent... that is a great adjective ...... he's not implying that our great leader is full of air , be it hot or cold, is he ?
if you are referring to Pyebridge , perhaps get your facts right, it's "Commercial Steady State Status as of 15 November 2021". rather than constantly attempting to find negative in everything, just like your mate Jax
Analisa
you do make me laugh, so you bought 120000 shares in November 2020 by your admission , and the price then was about £2.58 ish, so fag packet your'e sitting on £100k profit now, not a bad return in a year, not to be sniffed at. Mind you at the same time you said the sp wouldn't hold £3.25.
Funny old world...

Hi
Trust me I have 120000 shares inc Isa
before the 30th , now up to 17:00 on the 30th ,
I don't think there was ever an issue with Skeat , perhaps just some really s**t reporting, for all the faults of LC, I don't think he'd get embroiled in what that report suggested . IMO obviously
The only reason it's on here is because it's reduced Kibo interest in KAT by 5% , but it is odd that KAT haven't released it, or it's stuck in the RNS machine and will be overlooked
Ignore that, wrong board
Not such a bad raise after all , strange KAT didn't release that RNS
ignore that, I'm looking at the wrong share... ok fair do's not so bad after all
Placing at a 54% discount? surely I've got the decimal point in the wrong place
