At today's share price 1,000,000 shares are worth 1,000,000 x £0.0016p = £1600
On the 29th or whenever you will have 1/10 of the shares you had before, so you will have 100,000
your 100,000 shares will be valued at £0.05p each, making your 100,000 shares worth on paper £5,000
Now the question is, how long they will remain at 5p or will they crash on the mass exodus, but even if they crashed 50%, your holding will still be worth £900 more than it was before consolidation.
I would think that the share suspension and the consolidation, but more so the suspension is very troubling for some people as they may have had shorts open and they are very exposed, on the other hand there will be a lot who didn't expect this and have little or no holdings and therefore have missed out as the free float shares will be hotly contested as a result of the consolidation. Now it's your guess as good as anyone's what happens, but I wouldn't rule out the price going north of 5p.
