Charles Jillings, CEO of Utilico, energized by strong economic momentum across Latin America. Watch the video here.
"some consortium members couldn't raise the required money on time"
exactly .
There will undoubtedly be a huge almost un traceable maze of interested parties involved behind the funds, definitely not 100% coming from Proventure, they will just be fronting the funds.
Like most LC related ventures, you never really know who owns what. Always murky, to the point a forensic accountant would struggle
"Surely Coetzee cannot f**k up every company he has been involved with"
I think the last 12 odd years confirms that he indeed can , the evidence is there for all to see.
Wimbo mate, Jesus don't you learn. You're worse than me. 12 years, never hit a date, 12 years never delivered SFA.
Great at collecting his salary, doing s h * t deals and spouting b u l l***t to be fair.
On AIM shareholders are powerless to remove a CEO, spent two years trying and failed. They don't give a toss about shareholders. It matters nothing that the shareprice is decimated and we lose our investments. They know that whatever the shareprice is, there will always be a buyer and a lender. it's just the deals get worse and worse and the bucket shops become more dubious, but they lend and they make their profit at our expense, and so the downward spiral continues. LC and his cronies have lined their pockets well over the years, they don't need to produce results, they just need to keep the ball rolling until he retires to his luxurious Camps Bay property.
No morals whatsoever
Believe whatever you wish,
Just a really bad investment, but i'll get over it.
Not that it's any of your business, but i have a little over £400,000 invested in Kibo/Kat / Mast. So i do have a significant vested interest in anything Louis Coetzee related.
I like many others, who have met him personally over the last 10-12 years got sucked in by his lies.
So no, I don't believe one word that comes from the board and until I actually witness something physical that add true shareholder value, I will continue to be dismissive of him.
Actions speak louder than words. So we shall see, maybe, just maybe, this might be the one success. We shall see.
PMSL,
Try 10 years of patience

Look them up on company house , where do they find them? another non-entity no doubt that keeps the can kicking down the road in true Coetzee style.
What happened to the legal action against Seia Capital ?
I think you will find MAST is not on AIM, its a main market listing
Aurora Nominees Limited, Is the nominee company of BNP Paribas, the company they use for clients holding shares in crest. That's been explained before , nothing underhand there.
The only thing that will make USE happen or more investable is if LC resigned , sod all to do with the price of oil.
Haven't sold a single share , what a numpty I am, what's the point when you're 95% down, might as well live in hope that one day I might just only lose 50%
PMSL, where have you been the last 14 years
LC is Robin Hood, he steals from the poor to give to himself
Hi Wimbo, how you doing? long time.
it explicitly implies that they have been disposed of and yielded positive outcomes.
So what are these positives Louis?? i can't see any evidence
or do you mean you just wrote off 20 million from the accounts.
f*****g strange way of wording it
"the disposal of its hydro-carbon and coal assets, have yielded positive outcomes for the Company. "
i must have missed that bit, can someone remind me how much cash the company received for the disposal of the coal assets, and who they were sold to? And i'm not a chemist so i'm only guessing, but hydro-carbons is different to coal, i didn't know we had any of those assets to dispose of?
All sounds like the usual deluded bull- s h i t to me. isn't it about time you actually delivered something??
Yes it's pointless, myself and a group of 6 holding 25%+ of the entire shareholding of an aim energy company tried for 2 years to call an EGM, the BOD used everything dishonest that they could find to block our attempts. The FCA weren't interested , firstly because it was in the unregulated AIM market and because it was Irish registered, post brexit all the shares were moved into euroclear , and were told we can't call an EGM because we don't own the shares.
it's all corrupt .
You'd need years and army of forensic accountants to unravel the web of businesses behind Kibo, that's why you'll never know what is really going on, or where all the money disappears to.
Seriously f****d that up eh . What a joke
