STINKS
Blame the shareholders !!! wake up, it's not them who are to blame. You and only you know what you need to do to resolve the stalemate .
That said, resolving the creation of new authorities (see RNS dated 16 March 2023) is of an increasing concern as this materially affects the Company's ability to secure project funding and debt financing at project level, which will inevitably impact on reaching financial close for the various projects at the set target dates."
Louis , my investment in KAT is now 95% down, you just make sure you get paid and keep the gravy train flowing . Don't you worry about the shareholders.... oh you don't and never have done!!
don't hold your breath, i've been waiting 10 years for Louis to deliver anything, let alone do anything within the timeframes quoted, except of course issue shares, raise funds and destroy shareholder value, all of which he's very good at... oh and get paid, let's not forget that.
since 1st March, if you pay premium, they have removed all adverts, it's bliss as they were a royal pain in the a**e
Its not the shareholding that Kibo has in Mast that it the problem, it's the South African bloke, you mean Louis Coetzee ? that is the problem, irrespective of the shareholding , he will still remain as the intrinsic problem for both companies as he's the Non exec Chairman of Mast. He has delivered absolutely zilch in the last 14 odd years. Mast should be creaming it now, aside from purchasing Pyebridge as a going concern, nothing, take Bordesley, Aug 22 and the co website still says operational in Q2 23, in Dec it's pushed back to Q4 23... it just goes on and on like everything in Kibo world. Mast / Kat no different.
Institutional greed is now etched into our DNA , we are just fleeced at every opportunity
Your tenure is untenable , please do the right thing and stand down from your role. it's time for you to stand aside and allow someone with a better market presence to take over. Accept the fact that you are the problem. Irrespective of what you achieve, the market and most importantly your shareholders will not recognise or reward your actions in a positive manner. Your most recent EGM actions are divisive. You know what you need to do, the current stalemate cannot continue much longer.
so kind of you, however it's no laughing matter
Kibo Energy PLC (AIM: KIBO; AltX: KBO), the renewable energy-focused development company, announces an adjournment of its EGM held today in Dublin. This decision was taken because shareholders holding a significant number of Kibo shares were unable to vote because some UK brokers acting for those shareholders were unable to issue proxies to Euroclear Bank pursuant to instructions issued to those brokers by those shareholders. This issue does not relate to the previous Euroclear Bank voting issue, which has been resolved since the last adjourned meeting, but rather relates to UK corporate regulatory issues currently being experienced by the brokers themselves.
Would be interesting to know if anyone else voted against 3 & 4. I can't believe it was only me by the looks of it, bar a few '000. are you thinking what i'm thinking?
Simple questions,
What is his annual remuneration?
What are the timescales to delivery of shareprice value creation from point of employment?
Is this just another figurehead on the gravy train, and a drain on whatever money is left in the pot?
and the obvious one...
How are you going to pay his wages ??
roll on the 14th , tick tock
LOL, i've been waiting 10 years so do't hold your breath, in fact i think they have been looking for it at Haneti since about 1947 if my memory serves me.
Spot on DPR. You know and I know what I'm voting with mine, as I have done in all previous meetings .

Which school did they go to? in Edinburgh by chance, not a million miles from Grangemouth. I went to George Heriots and as you rightly say, when Scottish eduction was regarded as one of the best, even if you were thick like me.
Wimbo, sadly you are probably not far off the mark there. Expensive lifestyles and impressions of success need maintaining , and f**k the shareholders.
if it had relisted with a different CEO.. BOOOOMM
It really is time for you to stand down as a board member of every company that you take a salary from. Your destruction of the share prices and your inability to deliver anything of value in every company you control is exemplary.
Please take a bow and exit whilst there is some hope for the long suffering shareholders that have paid your salary for the last 10 years +
most of the trades today are buys not sells as shown, i bought twice today and i thought i got a good price , all the trades around the time were the same or higher and also shown as sells.
How difficult is it to show a buy as a buy or a sell as a sell, but of course the market doesn't want us mugs to have a level playing field .
