Yet another delay, help me out here... has Kibo ever hit any date in it's history? How can it possibly delay the accounts. FM a 2 yr old could work them out..... revenue =0, salaries =lots, balance = $hit loads in debt.

Unfortunately at these bargain basement fire sale prices, there will only be one winner. New investors. Good luck to them , I genuinely mean that, it's what investing is all about, timing your entry point. As for Louis, he knows full well that there will always be some mug punter that will believe his lies and deceit and invest their hard earned cash, and so the cycle continues. For him it's a win win every day. Kibo is a lifestyle company if ever I saw one. Nice job if you can get it, somehow I don't think he'll face to face his investors ever again as he did over the years, if he does, there will be a few familiar faces right up the front, eh Yakoub, Wimbo, bcl to name but a few.

You got what you wanted, you spared no time whatsoever in further lining the pockets of your mates with cheap shares. Spend the rest wisely is my only advice, as you clearly have no regard at all for those investors who have supported you unfalteringly over the last 8 years. It's unlikely I will ever see a return on my significant investment in Kibo and to think I believed in your vision. I blame only myself for that.

And the market says otherwise, sadly this share has the Louis kiss of death written all over it. Come on, that RNS just said 10% of the company is worth £25k , so what's that make 100% worth a whopping £250K.

1.29 billion in issue, LSE still thinks consolidation happened, so multiply everything quoted x 10. I never traded a share and I doubt many LTH's did either, I thought about it, but FOMO got the better of me. I still believe Kibo will come good, eventually. Only need 5.2p for 7 figures , high risk, high reward

Telegraphist, I'm unsure what the LTH's consensus is, but to veto this time around would imo be futile, however I believe the BOD only need 50% this time and not 75% shareholder approval.... I wonder if CS is buying all this up or AN other to ensure the vote goes their way?

My substantial gains here today, wiped out three fold by Kibo losses, whoever said buying kibo is a cheap way of owning shares in Katoro were talking through their a s s . no attributed value whatsoever, perhaps due to one common denominator.
