What is the market going to like? it says nothing except further delays. The market knows LC and doesn't trust him, he has delivered nothing in 10 years except dilution and decimation and they will not trust him until he delivers something. This share will be traded at every opportunist at the expense of the gullible.

It's moved to "no less than 14" , on the 29th May they were quite specific, it was 14 !! So there must be more interested parties tripping over themselves to fund it now . heard it all before over the years, doesn't exude a lot of confidence i'm afraid.

The BOD could't afford to buy a shovel, so they've raised 1 million £ for a very expensive one, Unfortunately they've just used all that for their back pay to Feb 2019 so they can't now buy a shovel, hence the 1 year delay, but rest assured they will have another placing shortly for another million and now they are on 60 % salaries, they will be heading to Homebase to get one .

Sadly, I have to agree with every post you have written today, nothing else to say really, WFIW, i too will vote down every resolution irrespective. My "significant financial" investment in both Kibo and Kat is worthless, so if nothing else, I will have the satisfaction of that, and I think I know many others who feel the same way. Jesus what is it with people nowadays, if a share hasn't made them a profit in a day, it's a **** share. Cleary investing isn't what they should be doing, if you want safe put you're money in the bank , remember 1p to 32p, high risk, high reward.
