depends........if you want to go in style use Auldgate at 7.30am, always guaranteed a good audience, alternatively if you want a quiet affair, suggest Blackhorse Road or somewhere in zone 5. I'd love to know what the rest of Katoro directors are doing ? it seems to be LC is the only person that does anything in KAT and KIBO, I say sack the rest of the board and let LC earn his mega salary. TBH i don't really understand what CLN's are, but it's not hard cash is it, so have we really sold Imweru for $US1m to LVG as it's just a paperless transaction, so not sure how that helps with Blyvoor, all very cloak and dagger, but that's what we've come to accept as the norm. Feed the greedy not the needy. Desperate if you want my opinion . But no doubt some will view it as a great deal and a fantastic achievement.

I have no problem with the share consolidation and I don't think any shareholder does. I don't have a problem with dilution either if the shares were to benefit the shareholders, but the amount being proposed was unacceptable. But the defining resolution that p*ssed off almost everyone was the issue of shares and warrants attached in respect of un-paid salaries. I for one do not believe the company could not pay the salaries of it's management since Feb 2019, WTF have they been playing at and why was this never disclosed. Surely if you can't pay the wages, you lay people off, just like any normal company, but this isn't any normal company is it???. It's a company that has raised and squandered and wasted millions of dollars of shareholders money on pipe dreams, continually reinventing itself and justified it's expenditure through meaningless non binding agreements that will never come to fruition, and whilst this was being conducted the board paid it's self handsomely, refused to buy any shares and put their money where their mouth was. Until now of course , they are quite happy to fill their boots with shares and warrants . Tell me one business anywhere on this planet that can pay it's directors literally millions over the last 10 years and not generate ONE DIME of revenue? Well come on then , answer that grimt! before you start blowing smoke up our a*ses.

it's a bit late, you've missed the deadline by 3 days if you haven't voted. i'm also sceptical as to why that specific RNS was missed and others of a "sensitive" nature from appearing on here. May be down to this crap platform, but I quite regularly write to LSE when RNS's don't appear, and in the main they are posted soon after. Incidentally I asked them to post the EGM one, and they didn't..... any conspiracy theorists out there? Anyway, my prediction for Monday is that all resolutions are passed, by hook or crook ( that's quite apt ) The one thing i've learnt over the years, is that private investors are just shark s h i t , the lowest form of life, we have no right to make money. The biggest mistake we made was plastering our intentions all over this board, we probably phucked ourselves over on that front. It's always been said that you'd never play poker with Louis and if you did you'd have to check how many fingers you had left afterwards. I guess we showed our cards well before the game even started. Hey ho, i am a strong believer in fate, and i think if we win the vote, we'd be screwed and losing the vote might be the only hope of recovering a fraction of our losses, if we're lucky. Anyway, we shall see soon enough.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, it'll come back , nothing negative in todays RNS, slight delay but improved fundamentals imo

Forget the 15% paid by HH, the other 85% has also been paid, of course it's newsworthy, as it's all part of the process.
